Hotel amenities and rooms are pathetic, phone not working, washroom door lock not working, electric swithces out of their cabinet, dirty floor, toiletries missing in washroom, no iron or ironing stand as mentioned in booking voucher. O overall a horrible experience.

The stay was average as the property wasn’t maintained properly specially the washroom felt like a low grade hotel’s toilet. Overall i guess wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Options in buffet breakfast was also very average

Location is good. But the room size is not 270 sq-ft as the details shares in the app. The room size mab be max 160 sqft. Room is not so clean. Very poor breakfast. No more options.

No hot water provided. No wifi facility. They only say that they have wifi but it will not work in rooms. Rooms are not that clean.

very bad condition n unmaintained room instead of second category premium room really disappointed with the hotel wifi was not working throughout the stay staff was okok food was ok service bad only the lobby area n reception was fine I won't recommend it if u want 3 star or more. it's ok if u need a budget 2 star hotel The location is fine near the airport

The rooms are small, the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, and the room service is slow in delivering food. These areas require attention to enhance the guest experience.

Comfortable stay, good location and service. Food was good, the people at the reception were very co-operative.

It was good you can plan your stay there it’s near to airport it’s just 5 km. You can also have bf and lunch.

They have not provided towels on the room, nor the intercom was working, beds were full of ants. The reception staff are arrogant. Foods delivered in the room without curtly and repeated request. Not delivered. Totally useless hotel

Breakfast every morning was the same and very limited food spread. They claim to have a pool but no sign of the same. House keeping is also very poor and not tat clean

Stayed here for a night on a business trip. They upgraded my room to a larger room. Room was clean and service was ok. Bathroom wasn't very maintained (simple things like faucet and jet spray and shower head had a lot of hard water scaling which didn't allow water to flow out properly. Food (i had breakfast) was decent. It would be great if they can have a hotel pick up or drop facility.

The hotel is not well managed, very few staff were there to take care of the guests. Experience started from our entry where no one was there to receive us, to open the main door as well. At reception a person was sitting who was behaving that forcefully he is doing that job. Only one male receptionist was there who is not dressed well. The experience on the next morning at checkout was the worst. There were many guests checking out in the morning and a young boy who knows the billing process was attending the guests. He was too slow, didn't know all the process, it seems as soon as woke up, he had started the duty, not well groomed. In rush hour, there must be at least 2 persons attending the guest and doing the bills and fast check outs. Property also should be neatly maintained. The original group should take care of this to maintain their brand. Else nobody will again come here and recommend to others.

Have to wait for the room to be ready. As they claim, the room does not have a proper towel. Then they change the room.

Except food quality everything was horrible. Room fan tv intercom e doesnt work. Takes 50min to serve food.
