It's the best choice for the cheapest price in kos island. Moreover, the hotel is closer to beach and in a quiet place to have rest ,the staffs are kind and friendly . The bad thing about the hotel is that there is no wifi connection in side the rooms. Finally I had fun there .

Worst place I've ever stayed. We stayed one night out of the 7, left as early in the morning as possible. I know you get what you pay for but this was disgusting, have a bit of respect for yourself and book elsewhere. We went to the bar to get WiFi to search for another hotel and actually saw another holidaymaker smiling, I can only assume he was drunk as nothing in this place can make you smile. The beds were rock solid old mattresses, curtains didn't fit the doors properly, €7 a night for noisy air conditioning , facilities in the room were so basic, staying in a tent would be better! This place is like a squat house. Would never contemplate staying here, even as a last resort.

Very basic and extremely relaxing holiday accommodation. We booked last minute for an end of season break. No stress, Cosmos and his brother are extremely helpful and accommodating for all guests. The cleaning lady is wonderful and so friendly! My son has autism and can sometimes be quite difficult but everyone there made him feel welcome and were understanding. We usually have to go to quieter places at quieter times of the season and as a family we have loved the whole visit. Rena Studios is how I remember my trips to Greece - family ran welcoming businesses rather than a face-less posh hotel. This is how real Greece is! Thankyou Cosmos :)

This is a little gem! I have just got back from a two week holiday and I will go back. I gave it 5 stars because it’s what I love about Greece 🇬🇷 I usually go to Corfu since 1985 but this year my friends and I decided to go to Kos. Rena is a 2 star accommodation, so basic but very clean! It’s a family run business. Cosmas is a lovely man that can’t do enough for you! He works hard and will help you make your holiday the best. 🥰 Dimitri his brother is a FANTASTIC chef, he makes the BEST kleftiko that I have ever tasted! (I mean that from the bottom of my stomach!) 😋 The grounds are well looked after. There are delicious fig trees that you can pick the fruit and have for breakfast while listening to the crickets 🦗,cockerels, cats and dogs on your balcony. The saltwater pool is clean and refreshing and you don’t have to fight for the sun beds. There is a shower and very clean toilets by the pool too. I had the best time there, I will be going back! 5 Stars for the owner and the chief cook. The Apar**ents are a family business. And has the old fashion furniture but clean. A quiet and calm place where you can relax. Family a**ospher..i loved it here and already miss it alot. I will come back

Excellent - Have just returned from a week here and had a fabulous time . Cosmas and his brother Dimitrios cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and service regularly. Pool area lovely - always sun beds available. Good choice of food and whatever we had was lovely. When we couldn’t get a taxi to town to meet up with friends staying at another hotel we were given a lift to town by Cosmas. We had a late flight and we’re able to stay in our room for a small charge which meant we could make the most of the final day.

We’ve just returned from a week’s stay here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The owner, Cosmas, is a kind, smiling man who makes you feel very welcome - he was up to greet us at 4am when our flight was delayed which we’ve never encountered at similar apar**ents in Greece. The place is basic, but very tidy and well maintained and the rooms are cleaned every day. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun beds and shade to be had, and open from 8am for a quiet early morning swim. Finally the food is excellent, we only ate there once and it was on our last night - if we’d known it was so good we’d have eaten there more often! A really great place to relax and recharge.

Thank you to Cosmas and Dimitris for providing such an excellent stay. They were both so accommodating, attentive towards every guest and made both of us feel right at home. Dimitris cooked wonderful home cooked hearty meals every night to your request. We enjoyed a range of different Greek dishes everytime we ate at Rena Studios, which were all cooked with love and passion. The room had all of your basic needs and cleaned daily. Cosmas made sure we had everything we needed! We had a bottom floored apar**ent with a large patio area, which came with a table and chairs. Lovely pool area with sun beds always available. This has been our best holiday and we cannot wait to book to come again! Thank you for being so wonderful! Would recommend this family run studios to anyone!

Spent 6 days here the 15th June.2023. Apar**ent was basic but so comfy. This is a very friendly small apar**ent complex The owner (Cosmas and Dimitris brothers who own and run the complex were such a lovely guys so helpful and friendly. Would recommend these apar**ents if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with everything in easy reach. Rooms clean and service regularly. Pool area lovely - always sun beds available. Good choice of food and whatever we had was lovely. The pool is a salt water pool, which avoids the problems with chlorine. It was of a reasonable size and not overly busy, so good for a nice relaxing dip. We had a late flight and we’re able to stay in our room for a small charge which meant we could make the most of the final day.
