Отель очень простой, очень чистый, еда отличная, хороший выбор каждый вечер с 4 тематическими блюдами в виде шведского стола, итальянскими морепродуктами, греческими блюдами и барбекю… остаток вечера был шведский стол (греческий), территория безукоризненно чистая, бассейн очень хороший большой бассейн и в нем приятно плавать. , Номера немного усталые, но чистые, есть платежи наличными (без кредитной карты) машина, это несколько устарело, в этот день и возраст у меня был полный сигнал на моем телефоне каждый день дама на стойке регистрации / в баре сказала, потому что он находится в сельской местности, там нет сигнала ... ммммм не уверен в этом, нам приходилось платить 6 евро каждый день за кондиционер, полотенца для бассейна стоили 7 евро каждое, сейф для ключей - 18 евро , туристический налог 10 евро, мы забронировали номер в Великобритании в компании под названием Love Holidays, и на их веб-сайте не было ничего, что могло бы сказать, что за все, что я упомянул выше, взимается местная плата, когда женщина на стойке регистрации спросила обо всех дополнительных услугах. вы знаете, как мало туристические компании платят нам за гостей, я предлагаю, чтобы они просили больше, однако я бы предположил, что они брали только наличные в баре, и это было их прибылью, так что в заключение. Это был хороший персонал отеля, который был приятным и вежливым, если вы хотите бюджетный отдых без излишеств, это для вас приятный 3-звездочный отель, так как это была очень поздняя неделя, все было в порядке, но если вы хотите немного больше и роскошные номера, выбирайте не меньше, чем 4 звезды … .. чистый по разумной цене, но за дополнительные услуги, за которые нам пришлось платить, мы могли бы получить 4 звезды по той же цене ближе к пляжу … ..

We love this place home from home for us very friendly caring staff like family to me and Aidin this is our second stay at tidelands and we want to return very soon we love the hotel staff area vibe everything we first stayed in 2017 and just returned for a week sad to leave cannot wait to see everyone in the future again thanks all keep up the great work

We arrived late at night got the swipe card went to our room 101 card didn't work, night porter let us in. Next morning went to reception gave us a key ro get I, but had to hand it back eveyrtime. The patio doors didn't lock had to pay for a safe key,materss was dirty,next morning we went for breakfast no toaster,asked about this said it was broken,(14 days later still broken) came back a night had a drink in bar area they turned lights off after even served,Cockerell running about a dinning area and feeding it ,photo to prove this. Chef was applauding cook food was under cooked,their as farrik on all salad,the night it wasn't I ask for some he to me point blank NO

This is my 5th time at Roselands Hotel and I can honestly say it’s my little piece of heaven, my home from home. All of the staff are so welcoming, friendly, kind & helpful. They all go above & beyond to make my stay as memorable & comfortable as they possibly can.If I need anything I just know I can ask and they will try their upmost to accommodate.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The gardens and pool area are stunning. Rooms are very comfortable & clean. Beds are comfy too. There is always hot water available for a lovely shower, and fresh towels every other day. The house keepers are fabulous and very helpful. Reception is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is always delicious food served with a wide variety of choice, and if you need anything they will try their best to bring it to you. All the staff in the buffet style restaurant are extremely helpful & friendly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and it is stunning 🤩🤩🤩 All transport for trips etc is a short distance from the hotel. The island is beautiful with stunning sunrise & sunsets of which I take full advantage of. There are bars & restaurants nearby which serve delicious food and drinks. And shops to suit your every need. I always come away feeling happy & refreshed, and my batteries recharged, I am always sad to leave but look forward to my next holiday here. My little piece of heaven.

We stayed at Roselands as family of 3, two adults and 1 child. Arrived late at night, checked in by a pleasant lady on reception, informed of the tourist tax and £6 euro a night air con which I was already aware of having stayed in similar accommodation in Crete last year. Upon arrival at the room the key card did not work, the lady provided us with a key instead no issues. The room was clean , bath towels provided, perfectly adequate soffa bed made up for my son age 13. The bathroom was small but perfectly serviceable for our needs , shower worked fine it did spill over from the shower tray but I'm guessing that's why there's a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, dried in no time. Furniture & television are dated but this does not bother me as long as it's clean which it was. The maids change the towels, replaced sheets,emptied bins etc every couple of days no probs. Only small gripe was that we only had one pillow each! Insect screen on the balcony door was a bonus. Lovely surprise in the morning to see the beautiful pool view that we had and the views around the grounds are stunning kept beautifully, a man was out early each morning cleaning the pool. Breakfast was very basic , delectable choice of traditional Greek foods. However we always managed to find a bit of something fried eggs, beans, Madera cake it's a shame there's no toaster! The pool and grounds are absolutely stunning, plenty of sunbeds and no one putting towels out either, £6 euro for a good sized pizza at the snack bar which was very nice . Nice 15 min stroll into beautiful marmari beach. Bus stop 2 mins away into kos town etc. The music going on into the early hours 1am + at the hotel became a bit tiresome and quite loud. Overall for the price that we payed as a last minute holiday we had a very pleasant stay.

This is a lovely quiet hotel set in the countryside amongst farmlands but only about 15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms were clean with lovely views and the bed was comfortable. The meals were taken on a covered veranda, open at the sides and overlooking the countryside, or one could sit inside. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and helpful. 2 minutes from the hotel is a bus stop with buses going to Tigaki and Kos Town. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful even when we wanted to actually pay the extra for air con and she was rude at times, eg making a face when asked about booking a taxi as if we were annoying her . They do not even have bank card payments, everything they insist in cash even excursions. The room was dirty, bathroom floor and soap dish not cleaned once and there was a thick layer of dust as well as a used tampon applicator under the bed. We had to ask for soap and toilet roll to be replaced. It is a great shame as the bar and restaurant staff were really friendly. The food was not labelled vegetarian and there was not enough variety of fruit, only oranges or watermelon if lucky. Some dishes were nice eg greek night and potatoes. However this hotel has a long way to go and needs to address welcome and hygiene urgently.

Booked direct with hotel saving about £100 GBP compared to Tui. Had a lovely welcome off Abrose and Costas, who we met in a sister hotel in Kasiopi last year. The hotel is very relaxed, staff very kind with a wonderful chef. Reading the reviews, why people complain about breakfast and meals, astounds me. Breakfast varies but there are slways dippy fried eggs and sausage or bacon. Lots of veg and fruit. Evening meals are varied and home cooked, quite delicious. If you want burger King go to Kos Town. Rooms are clean, furniture, original hard wood, bathroom tiled with curtain. It's s lovely half board base to explore the island. There is a short cut out of the back to the supermarket or walk a mile. We booked for 2 but had a double and a single. Pool spotless. Lots of families having fun but no kiddies club. About a km to the beach. Lovely little 3*. We have also used the sister in Corfu. Michael Angelo. The owner gives a homely feel, a warm welcome. I can not understand the complainers. Read my reviews this year. 2,3 and 4 star. Again a returner!
