Rajska Residence

A lovely modern apartment located in the old town. The main square was about 10 min walk away and very easy to get to. There is a lift which was very much needed as our apartment was on the 3rd floor. The apartment has everything you need, and the beds were super comfy. All doors are opened using key code pads, so no carrying keys around. There are plenty of nearby shops to grab any essentials.

Visited at the beginning of April for a 4 night stay. Situated about 10 minutes walk from the main square and lots of lovely cafes, bars, shops and restaurants along the way. To access the building and bedrooms it is a key code system with no physical key. There is no reception but email and telephone number if needed, and very quick responses to emails. Checkout was 10am but they let us check out at 11am and there is a sister hotel about 20 minutes away where you can leave your suitcases if you dont have a flight till later. Rooms were nice and big, spotlessly clean, lovely clean bathroom with nice hot powerful shower. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The rooms look newly renovated, have a fridge/ freezer, hairdryer, towels. There was also a lift in the building. Location was great, there is a cafe straight outside the entrance and also another next door. Also close to the shop to get any supplies needed. There was a kebab stand at the end of the street (Ali Baba) that was so convenient after a long day travelling and the kebab wraps were really lovely.

We’ve just had a 4 night stay here and it was wonderful. Small issue with the check in codes but it was rectified super quickly by the very helpful staff on the phone. The apartment is easy to find and is keyless which is handy. It’s located in a quiet area but there are lots of lovely cafes and bars around. There is a cafe right next door which is handy. A shop round the corner too. It’s a short and lovely walk to the main square so the location is perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a short break, fridge, kettle hairdryer etc. The room was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely. The bedding was nice and smelt really clean too. The bathroom is big with a powerful shower. Would recommend a stay here

Great little self contained apartment style accommodation, breakfast were great and plentiful every morning. Good location for the old town/market square area. Several little shops nearby for milk etc, don’t buy the coffee pods as they don’t fit the machine tho

Just returned from a 4 night stay and my husband and I couldn't fault our apartment - spacious, clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and we loved being keyless. The location is also great for exploring Krakow on foot with the main square being less than 10 mins away and key tram stops for Kazimierz and the train station (for the airport and Auschwitz-Birkenau) are even closer. Email support from Laris Hotels (parent company) was excellent. We realised on our first night that we'd forgotten to pack a European plug adaptor and one was provided the following morning for us. Housekeeping was superb - Amy was lovely and very kindly gave out extra coffee pods/fresh towels/bin liners etc... whenever needed. Would highly recommend Rajska Residence!

Lovely room and location very handy for everything in Krakow. Rock music bar just up the street, x2 cafes at ground floor level, beer/wine bottle shop just down the street, main square just a 10 minute walk away also great access for public transport!!

The apartment is beautiful, well kept and clean. The bed is super comfy, pillows are too soft for me but thats just me. Good facilties, the little espresso machine with pods was a lovely little addition aswell. Beautiful building and close location to good bars and restaurants. Quick communication with staff. Would definitely stop here again.

I booked Rajska Residence through a package holiday and I highly recommend this place to stay in Poland! The room was gorgeous and modern, powerful hot showers, very clean, the 24 hour service line responded to me instantly about receiving new towels for the following day. the location is fab no more than a 10 minute walk to the square! I couldn’t get the air con/heating system to work but I’m not sure if that was my fault just not knowing how to work it haha. And I’m sure if I’d let them know they would have assisted me but the rooms were warm enough for the chilly weather so it was fine! I’ll definitely be staying here again if I come back to Krakow.

Ebookers website had wrong information about logging in. We had to call both Ebookers and the hotel twice to get the codes. The room air was bad and ventilation had to be done through the window. Cleaning was for a fee, but the apartment did not have tools for self-cleaning. The equipment was bad anyway. We found a bed bug on the floor. The contact stated that it had come from an open window.
