Были с семьёй в Кракове!Поселились в "Метрополитан Апартаменты".Нам предоставили очень уютный и теплый номер!Две комнаты,кухня,душевая!Все чистенько!Девушка с рецепции очень приветливая и вежливая! Мы остались очень довольны!Так что рекомендую!

Нам понравилось проживание в этом отеле. Были приятно удивлены. Хорошо отваливается, есть стиральная машина, что очень важно при отдыхе с детьми. Близость расположения ко все достопремечательствам. Можно передвигаться пешком.

Были проездом в Кракове на одну ночь семьёй. Все понравилось. Очень отзывчивый персонал, помогли донести багаж и рассказали о городе. Всегда готовы были помочь нам. Хорошо убраный номер. Близко к рыночной площади и к вокзалу. Остались довольны.

This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. Sheets had old brown poo like stains on them!!! Hallways are filthy (pigeon muck all over the internal doors). Bathroom leaked all weekend & flooded the fousty bathroom. Electrical socket above your head in the shower. No A/C or fans available & no breeze at all through the horrible courtyard. Late night wake ups due to other residents. Deposit for the hotel is more than the actual stay itself!!!! - I'd urge everyone to avoid this at all costs... Never again will I go to somewhere like this.

My friends and I booked 2 apartments at this hotel, based on their photos on ***********. We arrived, but the receptionist was only available by telephone, and told us to pay the "receptionist", who was really just a Ukrainian cleaner, who spoke no English, or any other language that my group speaks (Czech, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, etc, etc). We paid by card, and were shown through corridors, through a dirty courtyard, to an old, decrepit building that should have been condemned, and up to our "apartments". They were nothing like the photos, there were excrement and vomit stains on the carpets in one room, broken furniture, rusty appliances in the kitchen, etc, etc, etc. We tried telephoning, but they didn’t answer the telephone. We ended up leaving a message on their answerphone, but with no reply. We couldn’t stay there, so we found another hotel, and are still trying to get our money back from Metropolitan, but they refuse all contact!
