Rajska 3 by PI Apartments

We had a nice time at Rajska 3. Nice and clean apartment. No problems getting there. Positive with walking distanse to Old town. When we needed some extra toiletpaper it was at our door a short time later, no problems. We had a good time, and will be back!

The hotel was great and in an excellent location. It was around 10 minutes to the centre of Krakow - at first the surrounding area can be a bit unappealing but once you know where you are going it is a great base. It was quiet in this area and we enjoyed the room a lot. The only things I would say would be that the bed sheet is too small for the bed, which revealed a heavily bobbled mattress which was quite scratchy if it touches your skin in the night and that we only had one and a half rolls of toilet roll for 4 nights so had to buy more. Overall would stay here again. The kitchen within the room was brilliant too.

We arrived for a 2 night stay in the vintage room. Upon arrival we were essentially locked out of the building as there is a code to unlock the door, there is no reception or any person to help you. Luckily somebody staying in an apartment here on their way out gave us some advice to ring them. Eventually we made it to our room but were unable to lock the door for around 15-20 minutes. Despite this, the room was clean and very modern - could not fault this. However, when showering the bathroom essentially turns into a wet room as the water floods the bathroom and the shower head sprays water everywhere was VERY minimal water pressure. The quilt just about fit over the bed definitely not appropriate for 2 people and the towels were tiny, would definitely recommend to bring own towels if booking this apartment. Alongside this, there is no storage room if you have a late flight home as check out is 11am so you will have to traipse your luggage around the town with you. Overall, the system is shocking and should be made aware of this beforehand. Definitely would not come to this hotel again and would recommend staying at an actual hotel where there is people to help.
