everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

A decent & Cousy experienced stay , with a great location in the middle of the Kuwait City , very friendly helpful staff , nice roof top pool , variety of good quality food and restaurants , house guests got 25% discount out for the restaurants , special thanks for the front desk receptionist/ Chaimaa for making things more flexible and comfort for the stay services

I’ve been visiting too much hotels all over the Middle East and this hotel exactly makes me feel comfortable everything is wonderful starting from the reception to restauration security housekeeping The staff are really friendly especially employes from breakfast they have all patience for the guests good grooming and welcoming

Very efficient check in following my arrival from the international airport , please note that the reception is on level 2 and the ground floor is level 0 . A very nice Bonvoy brand hotel and up to the usual high standard , clean , quiet and in a good location,about 20-25 minutes from the airport ( could be longer if you have a lot of red traffic lights as they take a long time to change green . My room was clean and spacious , I could not find any USB sockets but I had my USB equipped travel plug ! Lovely warm / hot shower and plenty of towels , no anti slip mat for the shower. Good wifi signal, very comfortable bed , strong air conditioning, too strong for me , I switched it off for sleeping .Fridge was helpful for chilling soft drinks.Room was well sound proofed from outside noise and good quality black out curtains. I had breakfast , the staff were very attentive courteous and professional as were the front desk / reception staff everyone made me feel welcome. There is a medium sized mall attached to the hotel , I would recommend the Souk Al-Mubarakiya which is nearby. I had a very pleasant stay here at the courtyard thanks to your lovely staff Thank you very much

Excellent location, Excellent Ambiance, Friendly multinational Staff. Excellent place for business as well leisure travel. A number of nearby attractions, shopping and eating outlets. Well maintained swimming pool, gymnasium. The best attraction for business travellers is club lounge!

lattended a meeting here yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. Loved my two night stay at this hotel which is conveniently located by two malls, close to mubarkiya market and kuwaits grand mosque. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, attentive to detail and very polite. I was taken a back by the customer service at this hotel, all staff were lovely. The hotel had a great ambiance and was modern and clean. The Room were fitted with all necessary amenities and house keeping were amazing and always around if you needed anything. The extra club lounge which I didn’t expect to see was a lovely place to relax, have some tea/coffee and watch/read the news. Breakfast was fantastic and consisted an array of options, all fresh. Highly recommend this hotel in Kuwait. A special thank you to Mostafa at concierge for the tips and guides around the city and for helping with the luggage. A special thanks to Nina who made our stay extra special and for ensuring our satisfaction throughout our stay. Looking forward to visiting again

I have been waiting to visit Soul and Spice restaurant since a long time. Finally i visited in Feb 2024. The service was superb and the staff was warm and very welcoming. The Indian food was good, just the way i like. They started with the welcome drink which is free. we ordered Briyani, Butter chicken and roti and THE best was their own made Vanilla ice cream. My family just loved it. You may say whats with a vanilla ice cream, yeah you have to taste it to expirence it.
