The manager will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals the property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets reasonable satisfaction of the guest. If such replacement property cannot be found, all payments made by the guest shall be refunded, whereupon the rental agreement shall be terminated. The guest and proprietors shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this agreement.11. MUNICIPAL SERVICES: -a) If municipal electricity or water services are disrupted to the property, the guest shall immediately notify the property manager or host of such circumstance and reasonable efforts will be made to restore such services. b) Should the event be beyond the reasonable control of the proprietors and property manager, the guest shall hold the proprietors and property manager harmless against any claims because of the extenuation circumstance.12.
