«The location of the hotel is almost perfect, except for one big problem: it is very noisy in the room (5th floor) even though all windows are closed. Seems they need triple-pane window for noise isolation.»

«The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. «酒店的位置不錯，走過一個街區就有商場和Cheesecake Factory。大堂漂亮、前台接待也挺友好，等候區還有熱咖啡和熱茶。衹是拿到的房間望出去讓人心塞，不曉得為什麼給我這樣一個房間，無語😓房間倒是很大，還有個連通衞生間的壁櫥暗門，小朋友覺得很新奇。沒有拖鞋，床單上有頭髮，還好衹住一個晚上。沒有風景的房間影響了入住體驗。»

«This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read. There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers! Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair. Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.»

«Breakfast can be improved. Omelette and bread selection was awful Only exception was waffle and hash brown when they are given ( but is rare ). Also mattress on sofa bed was too thin and uncomfortable. Otherwise big room in a good location »

«I was not able to sleep last night due to the loud noise from outside vehicles and the room beside us. They've been flushing the toilet every hour, and doors from other rooms keep banging. The room does not have any sort of soundproofing or sound-reducing capabilities. Other than that, it was okay.»

«We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.»
