Checked out after 1 night. We had planned to stay 3 but our room was dirty. Blood on the sheets, dirty shower, bathroom floor.
Yuk!

I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave and coffee maker & couldn't launch my ski from boat ramp. Loved the pool& Jacuzzi .

The service was great and everyone was friendly. Things were a bit pricey, and the location is very off grid from everywhere else so there isn’t much choice but to pay crazy prices. Downfall was going during the week, most of the good dining places were closed. The room was okay, the beds were pretty stiff, throughout our 3 days they couldn’t offer ANY extra blankets, only extra sheets. The tv in our two rooms had terrible reception, more than half the channels barely came in, in pieces and staticky. The aC worked great in the room. The arcade was good price and the kids loved that. The pool was awesome too.

環境不錯！ 挺乾淨。家人一起玩真適合. 有電影院，有河邊很近，很方便， 玩一天不夠，還是住兩天完比較適合。孩子們都喜歡。 游泳池也很大！ 價錢也不算太貴。 河景的房子，但是游泳池隔壁的房子。 還不錯。

Check-in was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Just a short walk from my room to the ****** and food court. Only negative was the ice machine was out of order on my floor.

Great staff and price. ****** was well set up and all amenities were close by. Room was clean and in a nice location. Close proximity to the golf course. Only small smoke smell in the room but impossible to avoid considering it’s attached to the ******.

When you first arrive, you were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. The place is very dim not very bright and almost depressing the walk into. It’s an old hotel that smells like one we went to eat at feathers Café. It was some of the worst food must’ve just been warmed up in a microwave so bad, in the five days we never ate in the hotel property again.
We had a few concerns we tried to address with management. He had no concern about trying to listen or make things right everything went on deaf ears. We will never stay there again it’s a long ways away from the other casinos , everything is sold outdated and a very depressing atmosphere. Please check into it before you stay there. We will never do it again.

The internet is extremely slow and needs to be upgraded to at least 5Mbps. Our clocked in at less than 2Mbps and was at first difficult to connect to.

It was clean, fun, good food, easy access to the room and parking...we had a big truck and trailer.

They should have someone cleaning and sanitizing the machines better. I never saw anyone clean the top of a machine the whole time I was there. The amount of germs is probably disgusting!

It was my first time. Leaving my nine year old baby the whole time experience. It was amazing. I loved it. Always my first choice when I visit Laughlin

After having a few long weeks at work my wife and I wanted to stay a night away from the city and relax. We stayed in November and enjoyed the quiet resort which was away from all the hustle & bustle of the city and ***** of Laughlin & Bullhead City. We called ahead of time to ask if the hot tub was open and the front desk associate assured us of that. We had a long day of driving, and checked in at 7:30 pm. We got our swimsuits on and went to the pool area with nobody in sight and caution tape and cones around the entire pool area and a sign in front of the hot tub stating that "The Hot Tub Temporarly CLOSED" We were very upset as we had driven over 2 hours to get there to find that out. We were very exhausted and just went to bed. So basicallly we paid over $100 for a room and gas to drive over 4 hours and sleep in a bed someplace else. Pretty depressing after just wanting to relax in a hot tub.
