The room was dirty, when I entered and turned on the lights, I saw a few roaches. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I had booked 2 nights. The clerk said I could not receive one, since the rez was booked thru *******. After, several attempts to reach management, ******* came back and reported mgmt would not grant the refund. I left the hotel immediately after I saw the room. I didnt stay any nights, and had to pay for 2 addl nights at another hotel. This is not acceptable. I will be calling my bank to reject the payment.
