Priva Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide

I’m not into alpine sports. Nor do I fancy high season vacations. Hence, I tend to go in between seasons. Priva lodge offers unparalleled luxury in Graubunden Kanton. Location is awesome with many options for hiking, biking, sightseeing closeby. Apartments super clean. Friendly staff. I love this place. Would definitely re-book when I want to stay in that area.

Super location, really nice area, close to the small lake and hiking opportunities. Apartments are spacious, well furnished. Swimming pool is great. Attention, if you book an apartment for 5 people, you will have to pay on top for an extra-bed: it is no included in the first price offered and to my mind, this is not really transparent and fair! Fortunately an agreement was found with the hotel. Please also note that garage is an extra-fee when booking with ******* / Hotel.com or another platform.

It is the best hotel we have ever been to, taking into consideration that we have been staying in different skiing hotels for the past 20 years. You have everything you need: garage, big and modern rooms, sauna in the room etc. We highly recommend it!

Really great location with a lot of amenities for families. Pretty pricey though, but it was worth it! Best kids menu ever in the restaurant. Not too many options for vegetarians (tons of dishes with meat, no fish) - that felt a bit out of place. Super friendly staff.

We have stayed here for a long weekend twice this year now and this will not be the last time. The apartments are of a generous size and are fully equipped to a high standard. The staff are extremely helpful and the Kinderclub gives those exhausted parents a chance for some "Us" time whilst the kids are well cared for and have fun. The restaurant and breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are delicious and again the service is great! Even the wine choice is of a high standard. Its like fine dining but without feeling guilty about having children with you. The kids are well catered for with colouring books and a menu that doesn't just include chicken nuggets and chips! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Priva Apline Lodge and can't wait for the next opportunity. The hotel is conveniently located for ski lifts, sports centre and is just a short walk from the town centre and the lake. There is plenty to do come snow, or sunshine.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche könnte noch optimiert werden, wie zBsp feinlöchriges Sieb und Waage. Die Bettdecke könnten dicker sein. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Und der Besuch das Hallenbads nach dem Biken die perfekte Abrundung für den Tag.

Dieses Mal haben wir die 3.5 Zi Whg gebucht. Anlage, Wohnung, Aussicht, Kinderclub, Aktivitäten in der Nähe, Wandermöglichkeiten, sehr toll. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und grosszügig. Das gesamte Personal in jedem Bereich ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Grosses Plus auch der Kinderclub zu welchem man die Kinder jederzeit und ohne Voranmeldung bringen kann. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Wohnzimmer dürfte ein wenig gemütlicher gestaltet werden (Bilder usw.). Das Sofa ist gut gebraucht und die Lampen ein wenig billig und schräg montiert. Die Matratzen ein wenig durchgelegen. Bei Ankunft hat der Lichtschalter im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert, war „vermorkst“ wurde aber rasch ersetzt. Backofen wäre schön anstatt Mikrowelle (ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss). Für die Abtrocknungstücher in der Küche gibt es keine Möglichkeiten, um diese Aufzuhängen, ist uns schon im Chalet letztes Jahr aufgefallen. Gastronomie: das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet, gemütlich, elegant und mit schönen Farben. Personal sehr freundlich, vielleicht (zu-)grosses Angebot. Das Essen hat uns dieses wie letztes Jahr leider erneut nicht überzeugt. Es ist mässig schön zubereitet, geschmacklich hat es uns nicht überzeugt und es ist auf dem Teller ein wenig ein Durcheinander von den Zutaten her. Beispiele: Die Cocktails (Smash basil und Mojito) waren so zubereitet, als hätte der Barmitarbeiter keine Ahnung von der Zubereitung (wenig Geschmack, wässerig), der Eiskaffee hatte Fruchtstückchen enthalten (Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Birne), was überhaupt nicht dazu passt, die Pizza Margherita hatte sehr viel Mozzarella drauf und fast keine Sauce, wie bei einer Fertigpizza. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten aber weniger wäre vielleicht mehr und so könnte man sich sicher mehr auf die Qualität und Präsentation konzentrieren anstatt auf die Menge.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind allesamt äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell, sie geben einem das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Angenehm ist, dass einige Mitarbeitende bereits seit längerer Zeit in der Priva Lodge arbeiten und die Gäste mit Namen ansprechen, hier gilt es besonders der Gastronomieleiter und der Kellner "Thomas" zu erwähnen, die Chefin sowieso. Hervorragendes Angebot, sehr gepflegt, familiäre Atmopsphäre und sehr Kinder- und Familienfreundlich. Ebenso ein ausgezeichnetes kulinarisches Angebot. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Vernünftige Preise.
