Good maintenance highly recommended for family,friends ,business travel and especially for holiday

Our stay at the hotel for a wedding was overall fantastic. The location was breathtaking, providing an idyllic setting for the occasion. Although we didn't explore the spa and golf facilities, they looked inviting. The breakfast was a delightful mix of traditional English and continental options, starting our day on a high note. The only hiccup was the lack of assistance with our luggage to our room across the car park, a tricky trek in high heels, especially with the unpredictable weather. Fortunately, the rain paused, easing our journey slightly. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend the hotel for its stunning location and delicious breakfast, with a note to be prepared for a bit of a walk if your room is further out.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding this weekend! Had an apartment for the night. Was very nice and well equipped even had tea, coffee and milk in the fridge which wasn't expected as self catering. Unfortunately didn't sleep very well as bedrooms where so hot. Couldn't get any aircon to work and not sure the rooms even had it in them. Then realised in the morning the towel radiator in the ensuites left on full heat presumably by housekeeping so that didn't help along with the hot weather. Alot of noise of people walking past the apartments in the early hours too and cars reving waking us up! Used the spa facilities in the morning and they were pretty unimpressive too...not very clean and could do with a refurb. Run down and didn't feel very clean and spa like which is a shame as was looking forward to a relaxing spa.

We only had a 1 night stay for a wedding but wow what a place. It seemed every amenity was on site. At check even though late on a Saturday night the staff were welcoming at extremely helpful in fact showed us to our ecopod even though it was raining. The ecopod was nice and basic but the clue is in the name. Our breakfast which was included was absolutely brilliant well presented well cooked and filling again all staff couldn't have been more helpful. Check out again was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay or visit if we were in the area again.

Free car park Lovely hotel Swimming Pool great. Staff within pool side were lovely and helpful. Gym huge! Free towels but £10 for robes. £2 for slippers. Eco pod great, showers only x3 were lovely. But very small to get into. Restaurant average! Breakfast a buffet! Receptionist SUE was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and kind. Bar staff rude! No manners young lad. Typical golf hotel.
