This apartment is under LX History hotel management who is just next to the apartment. Really friendly and responsive. Right after I have booked they answered all my questions quickly and in detail. The apartment is in the basement and is quite large. You enter straightaway into a large lounge which has got a dining table and a decent size sitting area. There are 2 bedrooms one is relatively small with a double bed and the other is large with 3 single beds perfect for our family of 5. There are 2 shower rooms. Small but nicely equipped kitchen. The only slightly negative thing was a bit of stinky smell (usually associated with any property built in basement) in the 2nd shower room. Overall there was No smell in the apartment. Beds were well made with clean sheets and clean towels were provided. On request iron, hairdryer were provided. On our 3rd they provided cleaning with new bedsheets and towels. The best thing is the location. It is 2 mins walk to both Anjos and Intedente metro station. 4 mins walk to Maria Andrade tram stop (for famous tram 28). 6 mins to Lidl. Highly recommended

Lovely well appointed room on top (3rd floor) in this moderately priced and very reasonable hotel only 15 mins from the main square. Very welcoming staff. The room was a decent size with a nice view over the church. Good bathroom. Liked the little chill out room on ground floor where you can make some food and drinks and sit outside.

Booked this hotel for our trip to Lisbon. Unfortunately, I have sprained my ankle just before the trip so had to cancel. Messaged hotel but they didn't even consider refunding money or moving the dates for us. Very disappointing. I don't recommend.

Nice hotel in Lisbon a little far away from the sightseeings but with the metro it's easy to move in the town. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very polite and kind. The only disadvantage is that there was no elevator. The price was fair for the room.

MUY OBRIGADO. l'hotel necessita di manutenzione tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo è di buon livello. consigliato. camera tripla al piano terra confortevole e spaziosa. manca un armadio o quantomeno un porta abiti più capiente. letto comodo ma qualità del sonno è mediocre. la stanza è adiacente alla cucina inoltre si sente il passaggio della metro sottostante. il bagno è piuttosto piccolo (lavandino e water) ma la doccia è larga e confortevole. sapone fornito mediante contenitori a parete. molto ben pulito in tutti gli ambienti. la posizione è molto buona; la Metro Intendente si trova a due/tre (Rossio/Baixa-Chiado) fermate dal centro. la colazione non è inclusa nell'offerta ma l'hotel dispone di una comoda e molto ben attrezzata cucina per fare colazione. connessione WIFI gratuita e ben funzionante. nelle vicinanze si trovano un piccolo ma ben fornito supermarket (Minipreço) ed una lavanderia.
