Я только что останавливался здесь со своей командой на три ночи во время рабочей поездки. Я не могу винить этот отель. Он предлагает потрясающее обслуживание и очень дружелюбный персонал, который был готов помочь нам на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Интерьер кажется новым и хорошо продуманным, с впечатляющими номерами для 4*. Кровати очень, очень удобные! Расположен на холме, но недалеко от пляжа и немного в стороне от очень оживленных районов Льорет-де-Мар, так что приятно и тихо. Определенно рекомендую!!

Идиллия, прохлада, 2 джентльмена на ресепшене были восхитительны! Лучшее место для отдыха в Льорете, определенно приеду снова. Завтрак был идеальным! Закажите тайский массаж, чтобы полностью расслабиться в этих идеальных условиях. Спасибо, что сделали наше пребывание потрясающим :-)

Honestly had the most wonderful time staying here at casa coco. The hotel is beautiful and very unique, decor is fabulous and hotel very clean. The team helped my partner with a suprise proposal and set up the spa for him, decorating it beautifully. Cannot recommend enough

Extraordinary service from the staff, very very nice deco and ambiance. A top recommendation. The staff was always there to help. The confort /design of the room was super. I would recommend it strongly. They also have a restaurant which is very very good,

Casa Coco Boutique Hotel & Spa is simply outstanding. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I've never slept more comfortably. The rooftop pool is incredible, offering stunning views and a perfect place to relax. Plus, the coffee at Restaurant Tribus was the best I've ever had. My stay was unforgettable, and I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience.

This hotel is not a 4* Hotel. Booked in 2 days ago. I would rate this hotel no more than 2*. The front desk staff are argumentative and there response for any complaint is read the terms and conditions. The hot breakfast offering is very disappointing, the last 2 days everything was cold, I complained on both mornings and there was no response from the staff they just looked at me in a vacant manor . Tonight I complained at the front desk and they responded saying the breakfast was free. Nothing is free. There is a big hygiene risk in this hotel and I would tread very carefully when eating here.

We have been to lloret Del Mar on and off for 30 years. The town is busy with lots of tourist and it offers something at every price point. I have given CC a 5 rating because it: does what it says it will do, has great toiletries, is a reprise from the big hotels and you feel way away from the tourist that flock to the sea. It may not be the best hotel I have ever stayed at but it is definitely the best in Lloret Del Mar. Overall can't really fault the place. However here are some thoughts and suggestions for improvement. 1) parking should just be free or baked into the price. BTW parking is on a serious incline ) decline and a sharp turn. We were in a Panda, can't imagine if you are in a bigger vehicle. 2) breakfast, good variety but the hot food needs to be hot. Every day, hot food was not hot. 3). Mini bar. Just included the drinks in the mini bar and let the restock be charged if folks want more than the 4 or 5 drinks in the mini bar. I think most would agree that would be a nice touch. 4) transport. If they could partner or some how organically provide transport to/from the hotel at a "reasonable rate" (~€20 per way) that would be awesome. One can either: take a bus for about 20 euros per way, Pvt transport about €85 per way or rent a car (about €165 with gas for 3 days). We rented a car but literally just drove to the hotel and back and to the grocery store once. Overall good hotel and nice concept, would recommend.

Location : The hotel is situated in a really quiet spot of lloret but up a steep hill, it didn't bother us as we prefer the peace and quiet. For the first two nights a nearby hotel had some sort of machine running with loud tunes but the doors blocked that out well. Because it is surrounded by a lot of woodland, there were a lot of mosquitos but some spray meant we didn't get bitten as much as I'd first thought we would. Atmosphere : The hotel is nice and relaxing, it probably is the most peaceful of the area. Facilities : + The room was OK but felt small for a weeks stay towards the end. The bed was really comfy and we slept well with the light blocked out. We used the spa on our last full day and although the spa itself was poor ( they didn't give us the cava we paid for and some jacuzzi jets didn't work ), the massage was fantastic. - The cleaning was OK.. three times we had to ask for replacement toilet roll. One day the cleaner actually removed the toilet roll and didn't replace it. The pool area was OK, however, the sunbeds had bird droppings on and were not cleaned. Breakfast : Hot food was cold every morning and stale. There was a lot of choice of alternatives though and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. We became sick of it on day 3. Staff : Most staff were nice and pleasant but as soon as we became an inconvenience, it felt like they couldn't stand us. Overall - I wouldn't return to this hotel in the future but can appreciate for a couple of nights stay it would be OK. And if you do want peace and quiet away from town, it probably is one of the better ones out of the way. And I'd be wary of the 5* reviews, the hotel offers a discount to people returning who leave 5* trip advisor reviews!

Very nice hotel located in the quiet part of Lloret de Mar - and the hotel is really quiet. Rooms are nice and new, a little bit small for a week stay but maybe ok for a few nights. Bed was very good and the shower amazing. Breakfast was good and staff amazing also in the reception. Nice small pool at the rooftop and nice small bar for drinks and coffee (but no snacks or lunch). Housekeeping in the room was not very good. Floor was not cleaned and something was always forgotten (refill of shampoo and soap, refill of toilet paper, cleaning cloth left in the room, terrace door left fully open). Overall a really nice hotel with amazing staff in reception, restaurant and pool bar.

"We stayed at this beautiful place in early September, and what a discovery it was! The hotel is wonderfully located, incredibly peaceful, making you feel like you're in a tropical forest oasis, yet it's right in the center with no noise disruptions. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and came with a balcony. There's secure on-site parking available too. As for the restaurant, I highly recommend making a reservation. The cuisine is meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was flawless. When it comes to breakfast, there's an extensive and fresh selection. Excellent coffee, pastries, eggs and bacon, cheeses, fresh fruits, pancakes, and more. It was truly a delightful find."

Me and fiancé stayed here in may and it honestly was one of the best hotels we have stayed in the staff so friendly always going that extra mile. This hotel is so relaxing and peaceful. Pool was beautiful then food was unbelievable and only a ten minute walk to beach and restaurants. We had an absolutely amazing stay would love to come back.

Casa Coco is an Oasis in Lloret. We were so lucky to have found it by chance. Peace and quiet in such a busy town is difficult to find but Casa Coco captures it. Margaux and the team there work very hard at making you feel welcome and can’t do enough. The place really took us by surprise and I hope this is the first of many Casa Coco Nature Hotels we will see. Best Wishes to all. Noreen

Casa Coco is absolutely perfect. Distance to the beach and nearby coffeeshops, shopping and bakeries was not too far and just a tiny walk away. It's located in a secluded area with no big industrial touristic hotels nearby. You really get the feeling of being kept away from the touristy areas. The rooms are nice, and very modernly decorated and the size of the compound is perfect. The pool has good dimensions and the sun beds are of great quality. The skybar pool is stunning, and the spa area is amazing. Breakfast was the best way to start the day - nothing was missing! The staff around are very pleasing and offer you aid in any way desired. I'm definitely going back soon. Good for traveling alone, as well for couples! Could go on... Loved it.

The staff at this hotel are such an amazing team of people and do a fantastic job. They did everything they could to make it special and worth while. Ricky and anyone else we spoke with were always so helpful and accommodating! They are all fabulous! We had the most amazing full body massage which the staff asked for preferences on to help get the most of the experience and talked us through the spa and recommended timings. We paid for breakfast to be included in our stay and even if we had something booked for the morning too early to be there for breakfast they would make us a bag to take out either us! They go the extra mile and the hotel is so trendy and relaxing. It felt like a temporary home for us! It was perfect.
