Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

房間很整潔，就是窗户有點小，不通風，像國內的快捷酒店，但是在倫敦這個地方，這個價位還算可以，推薦住，常住沒窗户不習慣！

I’d highly recommend staying here. Because it’s very close to everything you’d need and the staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are pristine and the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud and they’ve also got nice modern and easy to use technology in the rooms to control the lights the A/C there’s a do not disturb button on the headrest of the bed which will then flag up on the door of your room

I enjoyed everything about my stay! The hotel, the location, the staff, everything was amazing. We was allocated 2 rooms side by side on the 6th floor, with views overlooking the city, River Thames and The Shard. It was a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. We paid slightly more for the 'bigger room' option, and were very impressed at the facilities available. What made the trip even more special was that we travelled on Mothers Day Weekend, the hotel contacted me when we was on route to check if the other room booked was in my mums name, asking if I would like them to do something special with the room. On arrival they had balloons, chocolate and a nice little welcoming card on the bed. Something so simple but just makes the trip that bit more special. Greatly appreciated from the team! What we didn't realise about the hotel when booking is that tea and coffee is available in the little cafe area downstairs with mugs and takeaway cups which you can help yourself too (another nice touch)!.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We decided to stay again, as we really enjoyed our first stay last year. This visit exceeded our expectations by far! The staff here are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The personal touches in our room on arrival were really kind and very much appreciated. The rooms are great and comfortable - room 605 on the top floor has a fab view of the Shard. There is a great selection of food and drink available too. Thank you again to the wonderful staff here for a brilliant stay!

So impressed with this little space - super comfy and warm and very quiet. Useful panel for adjusting lighting and heating by the bed, and lots of charging points. Ingenious space saving ideas, and I was even left a lovely welcome note and some free biscuits on arrival. I was on the top floor and also had a fantastic view of the Shard. Only minor issue was the TV not connecting to air play from my iPhone. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

This hotel is in a really central location in London. The area felt safe and clean. The hotel inside is really modern, clean and comfortable. Although the room is compact, it had lots of storage place and shelving for our personal items. It was so clean. The bathroom had a lovely big mirror and a great shower. The shower gel was a nice Baylis & Harding one. The towels were lovely and big. The bed was absolutely huge, I shared it with a friend and we didn't cross paths once during the night! The view from the hotel room was breathtaking. Our stay at the Hub was just perfect. Check in and check out was also seamless. 10/10 all around stay.

Excellent stay, staff friendly and attentive. Had balloons and chocolates in our room for my partner’s birthday with prior notice. Clean and comfortable rooms, hotel is well located and breakfast was simple but effective. Thank you, we will be back!

Surprisingly comfortable stay!! Special thanks to Rita, who was fantastic and brilliant personality on reception. All the staff were great to be honest, and the hotel was super clean. Free coffee and tea in the dining room was a lovely surprise..

Good location. Room ideal for a four night stay . Breakfast great value . WiFi fast . But the main thing was the people!! Staff were all absolutely great. They made our stay really enjoyable they are a credit to their brand . Thank you to all of you
