Comfotel Grn

i stayed at this hotel on the 12th december and it was booked last minute for my wifes birthday. to my surprise it was a really nice hotel. the reception is next door which was a slight incovinenet but apart from that its a nice clean hotel. the rooms have been done recently and i really like the furniture they have put in and how the room has been done up, a bit of work on entrance and staff training would make it better. i stay in the area a lot and would defi recommened this hotel.

Arrived earlier than the time still checked in. Check in was very smooth. The staff was very cooperative. Booked a double room. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Room was very quite. Cleaners were very helpful gave us extra towels. As far location is concerned it's very near to many main attractions in London. Really enjoyed our trip.

Excellent Place to stay with your Loved one's. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The room was warm and quite as well. Many London attractions are nearby. The cleaner did room service everyday. I really enjoyed my stay here and I'll definitely recommend it.

Hotel Staff was very cooperative. Check in was very smooth. Traveled with friends given a good big room in the same price. Needed extra towles, provided at time. Great location. Very close to Westfield and Heathrow. Very near to two tube stations.

Had a fantastic stay at Comfotel GRN, London! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Like every year, I was in London again with friends for a few days and since my hotel of choice, the Comfotel BLU, where I had stayed the previous two times, was already fully booked, this time I chose its "sister hotel" Comfotel GRN. I was a bit confused and unsure though due to some of the existing reviews of this hotel, which are really appalling, which is why I would like to expressly say here that I CANNOT share these reviews, the complaints and the moaning in any way!! The Comfotels are run with so much passion, care, cleanliness and warmth towards their guests that you actually very rarely find! Super-friendly and courteous staff! The rooms were absolutely spacious enough for us and equipped with everything you need for a short trip. It is particularly worth mentioning that they are COMPLETELY cleaned every day, including bed linen, towels and even the vanity kit (small sealed bag with soap, shampoo, shower gel etc.). It won't be long before I visit there again, and not just because of the relatively low price! Thank you very much, guys! You are awesome! See you soon again!
