Hux Hotel, Kensington

The Hux Hotel was a stylishly quirky hotel in a perfect location overlooking Kensington Gardens. Several tube stops are nearby with buses stopping right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to London!

The location is excellent, staff very friendly & couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. The room was very comfortable, everything you would need to get a good nights sleep. We enjoyed our cocktails & the taxidermy, if you want a unique place to stay this is it. We loved it & will definitely be back to stay longer next time.

Excellent little gem of a hotel. The decor is obviously very unique and the staff has been nothing short of excellent during my stay! With Hyde park / Royal Albert Hall and the Natural history museum within walking distance, it's perfectly located.

This is one of my top favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably kind, and we loved sitting at the bar having a cappuccino or tea and chatting with them. We also enjoyed the downstairs lounge after dinner. It was a great spot with a killer playlist for a nightcap or two. The decor is unreal. I took so many photos that didn't do it justice, but wow - loved it! The location was fantastic, right across from Kensington Gardens. The rooms are small, but who goes to London to spend time hanging in the hotel room? We didn't mind given all the other positives of this hotel.

What an amazing find!! From the moment we arrived we were amazed with the bright and quirky decor, the staff are amazing and the attention to detail is unrivaled. This will be our one and only port of call for our visits to London. I also recommend the coffee and the Espresso Martini

The staff's warmth and professionalism created an a**osphere of genuine hospitality, leaving us feeling pampered and valued. Every corner of The Hux exuded a good vibe and energy, making it more than just a place to stay; it was an experience to cherish. For a stay that's as vibrant as it is luxurious, The Hux in Kensington is the ultimate destination.

Had dinner. Food was so good. Kevin was excellent, a credit to the company. Great value and service. Would highly recommend the restaurant. The decor was quirky, and very interesting. Overall a great experience. Pity we missed the live DJ but we were a day too early.

The suite was gorgeous as always, the staff were ALWAYS impeccably dressed and incredibly kind and helpful! AND the barmen were always ready to make a bespoke drink hah x The breakfast and lounge were also delicious/ incredible sights to see (the venue has recently been expanded so there's so many more creatures around and more gorgeous wallpaper and jazz to see) Defo recommend! x

Friendly staff; clean but very small rooms. I was in a superior room and it would have been uncomfortable to share with another person, even my spouse. My room was on the first floor - surprisingly, street noise was not an issue;however, there was alot of conversation amongst the housekeeping staff right outside my door (the linen and supply closet was located right outside my room) which would make it impossible to rest/nap during the day if I had been so inclined. Great location - minutes from tube station, bus stop right outside hotel. Whole Foods nearby for snacks/ light meals etc.
