Receptionist was great. Had an issue with my room. Changed my room straight away. Gym is a bit dated. But plenty of equipment

Hotel itself was nice but could do a lick of fresh paint in the rastuurant. Reception and housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. Loved the pool area unfortunately tge shower opposite the steam room was not working and hit sauna out of action The gym could do with state of the art machines but nice space. The restaurant Wednesday morning for breakfast staff not helpful but Thursday morning my goodness Terrie and Billy turned it around They were chatty, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile, tables were cleaned promptly and they were constantly on the go. Totally awesome. Parking we had to pay £10 daily which was much so for us £20. Great area secluded beautiful.

Awful stay, found hair and a long black hair in bed, and also in the shower. Waiting for manager to contact me, but nothing yet? Wouldn’t recommend

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

Nice hotel, great location for a driving experience at Brands Hatch. Annoying you have to pay for parking even if staying at the hotel. Room was nice and clean, bathroom modern. Tea and coffee facilities which was good. A fridge would have been a handy extra to keep cold drinks. The TV in the room was diabolical every channel glitches constantly so couldn't watch anything. Breakfast was good quite expensive at £19.95 each and even tried to add a service charge on for a buffet help yourself. All in all everything else was lovely, nice swimming pool. Would stay again

Room not great bathroom fan not working

The staff were very helpful. They did everything possible to help our party of people. The hotel and room were clean . The bed was large and comfortable. We would stay again

We were staying here for 2 nights because of its proximity to Brands Hatch circuit.  The room was very clean but very cold on arrival.  However, luckily, we discovered a heater in the wardrobe.  The dining experience was not good….the menu is very sparse and the service was very poor.  They only had one very sweet rose’ wine available and we had to go to the bar to buy it as we couldn’t locate anyone to serve us.  On Friday evening, they seemed to only have one waitress on duty and the hotel was full.  When the bill arrived, after perusing it, we discovered that they had added a service charge to it which we did not pay.  Whilst checking the bill later, we discovered that they had added an extra glass of wine to it, which we didn’t have.  This is not a cheap hotel but the restaurant/service does not match their aspirations.  We only stay here because of its location and would willingly stay elsewhere if there was a hotel available.

Had a really lovely time here for my friends 30th birthday. All the staff were so wonderful and welcoming and we definitely came the right time of the year! Had lovely food, the rooms were so spacious and clean, and the spa was so relaxing. Amy Robbins in particular, really made our trip! Was so accommodating and polite, very friendly and also amusing. We had the best time.

Blood stains on wall bathroom was in shambles was given the wrong room with 2 single beds

Hotel needs a bit of TLC, poor cupboards in gents spa changing rooms, rather dull/dark rooms, AC not very efficient, room was rather cold, and restaurant too cold, we needed a fan heater! Also during Sunday breakfast (busy) orange juice, bacon, hash browns and butter portions all had run out, the food was good but replenishment was slow. Service for Drinks at the bar was slow and the drinks rather expensive. There was a fault on the hot water meaning no hot water in the morning, but later it was back on and boiling hot! Finally the front desk service was good, friendly and helpful, despite one of the computers not working.

The hotel was really good 8 years ago when I have get away weekend with my friends, But in the last 3 years have been there 3 times and is really getting bad in terms of cleanliness and facilities getting really old especially the carpets and the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay. We went for our anniversary and we were very spoilt with roses and Prosecco in the room with a lovely bag of goodies, soft drinks,crisps and chocolate along with an anniversary card. I requested a room with a view and wow did we have one. Looking over part of the Brands Hatch course. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Swimming and spa facilities were lovely and all clean. Not really a buffet person but food was plenty and hot. The hallways are a little tied but not shocking. Would recommend for a short stay.
