Vista Encantada is the BEST! I have traveled to other resorts and this was the all time high for service, food, drinks, and just overall great experience! *Upon arrival, Phillpe welcomed us with his friendly smile as we stepped out of our shuttle van (as he did consistenly did every time we left and returned). As we entered the Lobby, we were greeted by our Butler, Elder. Elder who was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs, providing us with the daily activities each day and frequently checking on us to make sure we always had everything we needed. The rooftop infinity pool was over the top! Alexander was our Atico rooftop bar and restaurant server. He too was very attentive, and took great care of us every time we were there. We hated to leave. We will definitely be back!!

The best two weeks a person could hope for. We came looking to be pampered and spoiled and we definitely were. The premium all-inclusive plan was incredible. Multiple fantastic dining options, activities and reservations were always handled by Elder our host with ease and the property and views were stunning.

This trip is the second one to Vista Encantada. It didn’t start out good when we found out our dinner reservations were never made after sending 3 emails. That’s when Elder jumped in and made all our reservations. He literally made us feel so welcome and sent us updates every morning and asked us if we needed anything. He even decorated our room as a surprise for my sister’s birthday. What a surprise she had with decorations, a bottle of champagne and cookies. Elder is an asset to your resort and always had a smile on his face. Our trip ended up much better than the way it started.

The hotel is absolutely exquisite, and the service is impeccable. I had a facial with Coco at the Milagro spa and she was phenomenal! The pools are all great, and there are many to choose from, many heated, and some for kids and some adults only. We would definitely book here again - though we did not do the all inclusive because we love to eat in town. The food here is pretty good and there are many choices, but it’s quite expensive so we will know at the end, if it was worth it to eat here as much as we did. Overall a phenomenal experience - one thing to note is that it’s a short trip to a beach you can swim in if that’s important to you.

Vista Encantada is an amazing place to be an owner at. We have been staying at the resort for years and continue to be impressed with the service provided at every stop. The entire staff is friendly and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. We have had the pleasure of having Humberto Millan assigned as our butler several times and I can not explain how amazing he is. He is very attentive and takes care of everything requested without haste and ensures our family feels like they are the most important people in the world to him. My family always hopes that he is at the reception desk when we arrive so we can be with him throughout our stays. I truly believe Vista Encantada has the best staff members and a perfect location to enjoy all that Cabo has to offer.

Vista Encantada is a well appointed resort with phenomenal views. The two bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped. During our week long stay, the great service provided by the entire staff truly stood out. Especially Adrian, our butler who went above and beyond. He was absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about him. Always with great recommendations and available even after hours. Our housekeeper Solidad, was wonderful too. We will definitely be back.

excellent accommodation. Staff were friendly and courteous. The facility is very safe, restaurants were very good. We had a very nice restful days at the Cabana by the ocean and Juan De Dios very attentive . We stayed 2 weeks and both our cleaning persons Reina and Maria made sure we had everything we needed.

We had the BEST girls trip here for a birthday. Elder was the best butler and took such good care of us. He made it the best trip ever for our group. He helped us with reservations, transportation, amenities, and so much! Thank you so much Elder!

We had an amazing time at Vista Encantada. Everything was perfect! Paul Hidalgo was the best assistant for family/friend group. He made sure our reservations were set each night and that we were taken care of. Our stay exceeded our expectations!!
