Starting from the Reception Guy Mr. Vishal, he was the one because of whom we checked in Lemon tree, while our travel we were skeptical for the property where to stay, but during the night of travel he was in constant touch and didn't let us dilute the idea of lemon tree. Big thanks to him. Then the morning breakfast, chef Ravinder and his team specially Niharika served us really well or i should say fed us really well. We first time travelled with our 9 months kid but at lemon we faced no challenge at all & also they didn't charged for it. The house keeping guys Su*** & Krishna pal took very good care of us. We asked for milk they provided us multiple times, they cleaned the mess our kid created whole day. Always available on one ring. Even the Guards Mr. Subhash & Mr. Suresh, they were also well ***nered and sweet people. In all i would say staying in Lemon Tree i didn't no for anything.

I have stayed in keys ludhiana ***y times and this time it was exceptional awesome . They have renovated their rooms and the way the rooms seems now is nothing less than any boutique property . Thanks to Ankit for always giving me the best price that suites my pocket . The breakfast as always has be mouthwatering and a great spread as per any other corporate hotel .

This was my first time that I stayed as this place though I travel very often to Ludhiana. I must say that I was taken aback by this property. The property is very centrally located and the staff here is very warm and helpful. Special mention to Niharika for ensuring that the service at the restaurant was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back !

It was a amazing experience in the Keys select hotel. Key Select by Lemontree is one of the best hotel in the city. Their services are amazing. Staff is very cooperative. Housekeeping staff specialy Su*** is very good. She is very helpful . She attend the guests with smily face only. I would recommend everyone to visit the hotel.

The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Especially the housekeeping staff (Su***) and their sales director Mr. Ankit sharma. Food is good . Room are clean and up to the mark. Next time when ever I am going to Ludhiana, definitely I would take the same hotels . Mr. Ankit has helped me and suggest me for their other properties. Thanks to all.
