Номер очень просторный, светлый, комфортный, тёплый и чистый. Обслуживание тоже на высоте. Персонал на стойке регистрации невероятно вежливый и энергичный. Это очень хороший отель, просто отличный.

Had a great stay at Oaks Sydney. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. A comfortable and hassle-free experience—highly recommended!

Second time I have stayed, the price for location is good. The twin room in the 5th floor was in a lot better condition than the previous one bedroom suite. Despite my previous feedback there is no improvement to the common areas, including the carpet, corridor walls and guest laundry. Parts of this facility can be described as filthy and dilapidated. Management should consider a detailed walk through and a remedial plan instead of spending all day on the computer responding to these reviews.

Good service, and I was very grateful to get an early check-in due to change of circumstances. The lad at the front desk was very understanding of my situation. Room was clean and tidy and loved my 2 days at the accommodation.  Thanks 🤝

Really run down. Stains all over the floors, coffee bags included had been wet and dried out as they had stains on them. Bathroom vent didn’t work. Not one to fuss but it really was a shite hole. I imagine Oaks own and run this place simply for the land and likely intend to sell one day

Quiet place to sleep and easy to drive around. Offered breakfast could have been a bit more options of sausage and cereal. Good value overall. Btw not sure if I didn’t know how to but couldn’t change the direction of the aircon so it was blowing over me.

There’s lots of lil bugs (flies?) in the room, strange smell inside the washroom, trash is required to toss it out by ourselves but someone else’s overdue milk was found inside the fridge with rotten smell in it, only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion is provided.

outside the hotel was a bus stop that you can take to Chatswood and across the road was the bus stop to get the Metro to Central but if he missed the bus it’s only a nine minute walk from the station which is a really good the hotel staff was really nice and it had a restaurant at the bottom
