Al Ebaa Hotel

Регистрация прошла очень легко благодаря г-ну Турции, я впервые приехал в Мекку по особому случаю, и мне достался очень хороший номер (с видом на Масджид Аль-Харам), красивый отель. с отличным сервисом. Персонал, от консьержа до стойки регистрации, был дружелюбным и более чем готов ответить на все вопросы и предоставить информацию. Когда мы вошли, номер был очень чистым, кровать была очень удобной, интернет был очень быстрым, и красивый вид. Рекомендуется для семьи, друзей и одиноких путешественников, я хотел бы еще раз поблагодарить сотрудников фронт-офиса г-на Турции, он был таким полезная и дружелюбная улыбка

Booking a hotel in Makkah was quite a challenge because the hotels close to Haram were expensive, while the affordable ones were far away and required a shuttle service. I was looking for a hotel that was within walking distance, reasonably priced, and didn’t require using a shuttle. During my research, I came across Al Ebaa Hotel on Google Maps. When I looked for more details, I found that there wasn’t much information available, and the reviews were mixed. However, I was able to estimate that the hotel wasn’t too far from Haram. Since this was my first Umrah trip and I wasn’t very familiar with the locations in Makkah, I decided to take a chance and book Al Ebaa Hotel, and it turned out to be a great decision. Our flight arrived late at night, so we checked in after midnight. The check in process was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait. I had originally booked a double bed room, but it wasn’t available, so the receptionist provided a triple bed room instead, which I happily accepted as it wasn’t a major issue for me. Our Room was on 5th Floor. The room was spacious and equipped with all basic amenities, including an electric kettle, tea supplies, a table, chairs, a dressing table, a mini fridge, and a safe. The bathroom wasn’t very large, but the shower area was separate with a glass door. However, water still tended to leak outside. Despite that, all the essential toiletries were provided. Now, coming to the distance from Haram—the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Haram, which I found to be ideal. The area where this hotel is located isn’t as crowded as Ibrahim Khalil Road or the Kabootar Chowk side. One important thing to note is that there is a slight incline when walking to and from the hotel. However, for me, this location was perfect, as it allowed me to comfortably walk to Haram for all my prayers. A special mention to Mr. Tufail from housekeeping for his excellent service and polite demeanor. An area for improvement: I emailed them nearly a month before my arrival but didn’t receive a response. I believe the reservation team could improve their responsiveness.
