Удивительный сервис, расположение немного далековато. Однако трансфер на удивление отличный. Единственное предложение — сделать обратную поездку эксклюзивной для клиентов Le Meridien, чтобы время на раннее утро после Фаджара и позднюю ночь после Иши было более удобным. Лучший опыт, мои настойчивые рекомендации для моей семьи и друзей.

Во время Рамадана дорога к отелю была закрыта, и до отеля нужно было идти около 200 метров пешком. Не удалось воспользоваться трансфером, так как мы уехали рано утром следующего дня.

После прибытия сюда нам пришлось ждать около 30-40 минут, потому что отелю нужно было подтвердить мое бронирование. Комната была нормальной и удобной, а также просторной. Была мини-кухня с микроволновой печью, раковиной и холодильником. Микроволновая печь нормально работала, но, к сожалению, не работал холодильник. Мы позвонили администратору, чтобы исправить эту вещь, они сказали, что пришлют своего инженера. Но до последнего дня нашего пребывания к нам в номер никто не приходил. Холодильник выглядит староватым и совсем не охлаждает, даже если мы выставили его на максимальный уровень прохлады. Обслуживание номеров не началось, пока мы не попросили администратора убрать нашу комнату. Также был утюг и гладильная доска, что очень помогло. Автобус был в порядке и доступен каждый раз. Там было много маршрутных автобусов, и ждать много времени не пришлось, потому что они быстро заполнялись. В целом там было чисто и комфортно, но многие вещи нуждались в обновлении.

Хороший отель с частыми автобусами до Харама, если вы хотите добавить завтрак, это хорошая еда.

Удобства хорошие. Еда, если возможно, могла бы быть разнообразной.

Стратегически расположен, с очень эффективным и частым автобусным сообщением. Комната чистая, обслуживание номеров очень тщательное и полезное. Персонал на стойке регистрации превосходен, но рестораны немного ниже среднего.

We faced the issues during check in at the beginning. Got to hassle quite a bit to get things sorted. The way staffs are dealing with issues need to be improved tho. The location is great at the fair price. Overall, we are satisfied.

A terrible stay from beginning to end. Saying check-in process was chaotic would be an understatement. It took nearly an hour. With no coordination or explanation from hotel staff, obviously no real queueing was taking place either which caused arguments. We had the unpleasant delight of dealing with Abdullah Magrabi who was one of the check in staff, who was quick to snap that he was "tired and hungry" when I was trying to get the correct room which we had already booked and paid for. When I asked to speak to the duty manager he became more enflamed and replied "go and talk to him, tell him who I am". Not the best experience to begin our stay and definitely not friendly customer service for guests. Following on from this, the hotel refused to give us the room which we had booked and said their system showed something else. The room provided was cluttered, untidy and clearly not up to standard. This was messaged through to trip.com chat agents who tried to work on the problem from their side. Cue another trip down to wait inordinately for the duty manager. Again sitting patiently at his desk didn't stop a number of people jumping the queue in front of us to speak to him first. He did eventually manage to get us the room we had booked ( thank you Mohammed Syeed), but this was 3 hours after arriving at the hotel, and after a 5 hour drive too. Again, the room type may have been correct but it was nothing at all like what the advertised pictures on the site showed. By this point we had resigned ourselves to just getting on with it. The room was terribly outdated. Televisions looked like those from a previous century, with no clear channels, just a lot of grey and white dots littering the screen. The little kitchenette area was dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. Bed frames, mattresses, bedding were also due a badly needed upgrade. It really does make you wonder how and why they are charging eye watering prices for stays. It would be remiss of me to leave a review without at least one positive point. That would be the shuttle service to the Haram. Physically the shortest and quickest hotel shuttle service due to its location. Would we stay here again? A resounding no.

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel's room was great,big and spacious. Has many lifts for each tower so the queue lini was managed. The only deficiency was checkin process, need waiting more than 1hr to be given the keycard and no room cleaning, you have to ask and call several times for cleaning. During Jan is the peak season of umra, expect waiting line at kuday bus station to hotel around 30-40mins

************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram. We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then. We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.

A good hotel with good facility and amenities in Makkah city. Happy!

Staff was so helpful and co-operative. Shuttle service to Haram was very convenient.

We love this hotel so much!! Everyhing just OK.. the location..the shuttle..the people.. the housekeeping team are amazing specially guy name samin mustopha..he is great.. excellent service
