Shower water flow was slow, room cleaning has to be booked before noon, otherwise no cleaning of the day. Sometimes even requested, still no cleaning. Lift services not stable.

Location is good!

check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

我們預訂這個酒店最重要的目的是要坐火車，事實上該酒店離火車站也確實非常的近，出站之後走兩個街區右轉就到了，大概時間不超過10分鐘。一路上有很多咖啡廳，比如星巴克和一些超市，所以可以簡單地買些三明治做早餐。門口可以坐曼城的免費巴士，去哪裡都非常方便，衹可惜我們去的時候市政廳正在維修，走一走這個城市還是非常舒服的。

酒店位置很好，離火車票步行距離，附近就有公交去老特拉福德，周圍吃飯購物也很方便，作為中轉落腳點不錯的選擇。

位置靠近市中心，又有泊車優惠安排，前綫員工服務水平100分，酒店整體有90分，美中不足是入住最後1天酒店房卡更新，導致多間房客等待換卡。

房間整潔 位置方便 能步行至唐人街等一帶市中心。絕對對得起這個價錢。 還有免費泊車。減少了在市中心停埋過夜的煩惱。推薦

Добротный отель, но если бы было больше времени, наверное выбрали бы другой :) Месторасположение добротное, комнаты компактные, но все необходимое включая красивый дизайн там есть, обслуживание на довольно высоком уровне, персонал весьма доброжелателен... Понравились добротные завтраки (яишница, бекон, кофе). Удивило, то что трамваев, постоянно проезжающих поблизости, практически не слышно...
