Wapato Point Resort

We had a great two bedroom Beach condo unit, with a full view of the lake and updated furnishing and full kitchen. Upkeep, paint jobs, all were great. The only downside of the unit were that the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little small, but acceptable and updated. We were there in April, which is their low or off season, before the majority of pools and boat rentals were available, but the oftset was that it was more quiet during the weekdays with only small children out and about. Temperatures were moderate, around 60 degrees, but we had very little rain and were able to do everything planned.

The Lake Chelan area is an absolutely beautiful, filled with tens of thousands of acres of orchards and vineyards. The crystal clear Lake, surrounded by views of hills and mountain views is breathtaking. If you're an outdoor activities lover there's nothing boring here. An amazing place to restore your spirit and rejuvenate your mind and body! Enjoy!!!

The resort was more than what I expected and imagined. We enjoyed the view and quiet grounds during off peak season. It was perfect. Will definitely come back again. I was charmed by everything the resort had to offer. Everything you need (groceries, hiking, and other amenities) is relatively close by. We have no complaints about this resort and the 2BR unit we stayed in. The kitchen cooking equipment and tools were perfect for us as we love to cook. The old school barbeque unit was a surprise but allowed us to enjoy our steak barbecued over briquettes. Very special :-)

Very nice property with beautiful views of lake and mountains. Walking distance to Manson, WA with wineries; breweries and good bakeries and restaurants. Nice hikes close by at Echo Ridge. Recommend taking ferry from Chelan to Stehekin for a fun day trip.

Wapato point has become a family tradition. We love visiting and appreciate the many things for our kids to do! Each unit is unique and has an excellent view of the water. Highly recommended for a family trip!

The condo was well equiped, especially the kitchen. I love the beach condos because I love looking at the water all day. The walking paths are nice but there was a bit of construction going on so we had to take some detours but it was fun. I love visiting off season because it's so quiet and that's exactly what I'm after (rest & relaxation) It's a beautiful property and I love it!

We try to come here every winter with our daughter and her family. They love to ski and we love snow shoeing. There are many places nearby to do both. Unfortunately this winter has been odd. No snow when we arrived. Then snow on Monday night. It melted on Tuesday. Very cold temperatures are expected this weekend, so maybe the snow will be coming. This year the resort is in the process of remodeling several buildings at the same time (I counted about 8 buildings), so units may be hard to get into this winter. We stayed in a remodeled one last winter and it was beautiful.

Not a lot to do during this time period. It was very quiet and facilities seem to have very limited activities available. It may be better to stay during the summer when the lake/swimming is operable. You can tell the wear, outdated cabinets with some of the drawers are not working properly. Same with the bathrooms, it just didn’t have a good clean feel into it.

This resort is very nice with many amenities. We went during the winter so we did not use access any of the pools, tennis or pickle ball courts, but it was quiet and peaceful. The resort is located in Manson with many wineries and restaurants nearby.
