Room was small, in need of a refurb and dirty. Our booking should have included pool we paid extra and there was blood all over the floor. I would not recommend this hotel. The picture at for wedding venue use not hotel guests.

The place advertised was miss leading, as the hotel it self is in a building next to this huge house that is advertised. The bedroom and bathroom was good, clean and tidy. Service on arrival poor. No information given. The evening meal and breakfast was definitely not good. We would not eat there again. Very poor. Waited an hour for a poor meal. As we waited so long for our food, was 2 minutes late entering the swimming pool. Last entry at 8pm, we got there 2 min past, was told sorry closed. After asking to speak to the manager was allowed in. Which the pool was nice and warm. Overall not a very good experience. Sorry will not be returning.

I was in a standard double room, I fell asleep and was woken up by someone in the above room moving furniture around, so phoned reception and she said please come down to reception so I did, Mathew the manager promptly found the solution and moved me into a larger bedroom, and even brought two extra pillows, I thanked him and said well done, excellent Matthew.

It's a beautiful building and excellent service and staff. It's dog friendly and the room we had was spacious. One main issues is not best for signal and Internet had some work to do and couldn't get it done. Massive issue with parking! People cannot park within the little markers on the floor. I would suggest to make it clear and your patrons will be happy.

Room was very small and dark and old fashioned. No air con but was provided with a fan which was noisy and rattled. Chair in room was broken. Towels the size of postage stamps. Hotel full of non English people who spoke very loudly all around the hotel and had no regard for others. Restaurant was closed on 2 of 3 nights with no explanation. Floorboards squeaked and you could hear everything above and next door. No sound proofing whatsoever. No housekeeping at all so if you want clean towels you have to request them. Do not stay here - cheap and there’s a reason why!

To customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

Booked to stay on Saturday night. When I got there, I was told if I wanted food, it was an additional charge, same with WiFi, in the rooms. Part of one socket was coming off the wall. There was a stain on the bedding. One of the small lights didn't work, and the kettle wire didn't reach the socket, so I had to put it on the floor, which meant even more limited space. I was going to have a bath till I saw how dirty the tub was and the poor state of the bathroom. It was very dated. The grounds looked absolutely amazing. If they managed to update the rooms, it would be an amazing hotel as the spa and sports activities look amazing.

After staying here for 27 years now when in the area, a long awaited Refurb is well underway, this visit we were very kindly upgraded to a 2nd floor room over looking tge croquet lawn, Elite Hotels have certainly made a difference in all aspects so far, well done

A beautiful, serene location. The room was basic - it would have been Better with biscuits available alongside the tea and coffee. A smart TV would also make a difference. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was welcoming.

Reception was slow. 5 people in front of me in the queue to book in. Took 15 minutes to get to me

Very well priced what for you get. Polite friendly staff. Nice little extras in the rooms. We had a free upgrade on arrival to a suite which was very appreciated. We fly frequently from East Midlands airport and was about a 25 min drive. So we will be back soon I am sure.

Lovely hotel, absolutely grilling facilities, and located in a beautiful small town. Hotel is clean and tidy with a var and restirant. Room we selected was near the leisure facilities, the bed sadly was not the most comfy and the towels provided in the rooms did not smell too nice. Other than that was a lovely pleasant stay.

Room is worn, out dated and was very cold. Staff nice breakfast was average. Nice setting but was cheap as chips.

Booked a weekend away with the wife, we have been here before and always a nice stay.
