Blu Hotel Senales Zirm-Cristal

Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here

The hotel is a very, very basic hospitality hotel, this is not going to be a pleasant stay if you are with the family. There is nothing to do with children of any age, the swimming pool is cold and you need to pay for a bathrobe which isn't in the information about the hotel when you book. There is no complimentary coffee and tea set in the room! Not even a single bottle of water. Also, water isn't available for free in the entire hotel!! Shocking, sad and very unexpected when they ask you to pay for the battle of water with your dinner (€3 per bottle!) when there is no access to even tap water in the restaurant. Unbelievable!! Apparently, the hotel has been renovated but in the 21st century, there is not even one USB socket to charge your phone or computer!!! Be aware of this!!! Food is very limited to basic and often leftovers from the previous day, not always fresh bakery and you will not have coffee or tea with your dinner - unless you pay extra!! I would not recommend it and never come back here again. None of these things isn't clearly stated in the hotel information, so when you finally come here you are going to be very unpleasantly shocked

The hotel is in a very high mountain area close ti the glacier. The rooms are super basic design kind of futuristic but great and the beds fantastic. the hotel is huge with a vety large pool and a roof top restaurants. Very convenient for goign ski since is in front of the cable car. Very large parking outside.

Excellent hotel We stayed in a nice, recently updated room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The staff at the restaurant is outstanding, they were going out of their way to resolve any problems. Everyone was very friendly and helping. The food was varied and delicious. Few cons: Some of the reception staff is not very fluent in English. There is a timed entrance to the gym which is spacious enough to haver multiple people using it at the same time. One will think that they are concerned about covid but there are no cleaning wipes for the equipment, so it's kind of a moot point restricting how may people use the gym.

Sono rimasto molto molto deluso dalla totale mancanza di correttezza da parte del Blu Hotel Senales Zirm Cristal. Abbiamo prenotato a metà novembre 2 doppie dal 28 dicembre al 4 gennaio perché non avevamo fatto in tempo a confermare l'offerta della quadrupla che poi era risultata esaurita. L'email riportava le fotografie di stanze "superior" di recente ristrutturazione con ampie finestre e veduta sulla montagna. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state assegnate 2 stanze adiacenti 1307 e 1308 con finestre ad altezza soffitto e vista sull'asfalto. Le stanze erano allo stesso piano della reception e, quindi, soggette anche a un continuo passeggio di persone. Abbiamo rifiutato l'assegnazione ma hanno risposto che l'albergo era pieno ed essendosi fatti pagare tutto in anticipo, se fossimo andati via avremmo rischiato di non rivedere la somma se non dopo un contenzioso, oltre che ci saremmo ulteriormente rovinati la vacanza. Per 2 giorni le stanze sono state completamente con i termosifoni spenti e poi hanno fatto funzionare quello del bagno. Al quinto giorno sono riusciti a far intiepidire anche quelli delle stanze. La presa della stanza 1307 inserendo un qualsiasi apparecchio faceva scattare il salvavita e quindi era evidentemente in corto. A ristorante tutti i pasti sono stati serviti su tovagliette di carta, perfino il cenone pagato con supplemento di 60 euro a persona era di qualità davvero scadente oltre che essere presentato come a un pic nic. Tutto é a buffet. Aspetti negativi Totale mancanza di correttezza nei rapporti Livello della ristorazione molto basso Riscaldamento malfunzionante Località con pochissime attrattive Aspetti positivi Personale della SpA e del ristorante molto cortese Piscina e SpA Vicinanza agli impianti Poche file agli impianti Non tornerò mai più a soggiornare in una struttura di questa gestione visto che sembra di essere più ad un villaggio vacanze di seconda categoria piuttosto che un albergo a 4 stelle. Sono deluso anche dalle istituzioni della provincia di Bolzano e federalberghi che nonostante fossero in copia alla pec inviata di protesta alla blu hotels (corredata anche di un nutrito book fotografico), non hanno fornito alcun riscontro.

Hotel strutturalmente strano; bisogna farsi letteralmente i km per passare dalla camera al ristorante. Spa basica ma soddisfacente per rilassarsi dopo una bella sciata. Prezzo tutto sommato nella media e giusto per la località in cui si trova. Pasti tutti self service abbastanza vari, ma niente di che

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, fußläufig zur Gondel. Leider hat das Hotel nichts mit Südtirol zu tun - weder spricht jemand im Hotel deutsch, noch ist es nach südtiroler Tradition gestaltet. Genauso beim Essen - einfaches nicht den Erwartungen entsprechendes Frühstück. Wer sich südtiroler Flair und Gastronomie wünscht, sollte ein anderes Hotel buchen. Personal sehr freundlich

Tout au fond de la rue au milieu des montagnes. Toute petite station. L'hôtel, certes un peu vieux est bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympa au restaurant, pour le réception c'est à revoir. Le centre wellness est correct (massage, sauna, hammam, piscine). Les repas sont correct mais manquent un peu d'imagination. Bref, un rapport qualité/prix correct.

Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso pensando ad un 4 stelle quando invece in realtà non ha offerto i confort per tale stellatura, la cucina direi appena sufficiente, le pietanze erano un po come si trovano in un ristorantino di paese ( con tutto il rispetto per gli chef) , addirittura hanno fatto pagare i caffè e i cappuccini a colazione mai visto prima ... diciamo nulla a che vedere con il blu hotels di Folgaria.
