The room was nice, although the shower was grubby and smelt unpleasant, the facilities were good, nice hot springs and a warm outdoor swimming pool which was amazing! Hotel had free snacks available all day and gave lots of fruit on both days plus free soda, so great customer care, which is appreciated. However, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and there isn’t much around there to see, except the hike up Mount Taibai. No-one at the hotel speaks English but translator was sufficient. There is a movie theatre in the hotel which was very comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Massage also available. Huge selection at breakfast although not many guests, hopefully not wasted and eaten by staff. The staff around the hot springs were super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant two nights because of the kind staff and endless amount of fruits! Not the best hotel but no regrets in staying there.

The hot spring downstairs was very dirty with murky water, with faint smell of urine. There was nowhere to rinse yourself in the hot spring area as the cleaner put all their cleaning products in the shower room. Breakfast was typical Chinese and mediocre. The private hot spring in the room was nice and much cleaner. Room was clean enough but amenities are limited.

Everything is new, started operation 2023. Bed was very comfortable, clean, room service was excellent. Within walking distance to entrance of tai bai shan. Good for family.

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

Very nice hotel, good for family trip. All hotel staff are very friendly and nice, they take care of my child and my parents. The room is very clean. Breakfast provides all kinds of food and dishes are delicious. Overall, this hotel is great, I would come back again.

酒店房費733元（含早餐水果零食温泉票），酒店打電話給我瞭解什麼時候到酒店，5點左右到了酒店，服務員就主動幫忙送行李至房間，房間乾淨且大，有大浴缸，並配有玫瑰花和精油泡澡球，温泉有好幾個室外不同種類的池子，還有游泳池，服務周到，端水送水果，這家酒店的服務員很熱情，笑臉相迎，主動打招呼，有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店設施設備都很新很智能，房間很大，乾淨衞生，温泉有室內（大圓浴缸）室外（大小浴池和漂流滑梯），室內有小孩子的小滑梯室外有大孩子玩的大滑梯，孩子玩得超開心，員工服務熱情周到，全程都是微笑服務耐心十足，酒店入住非常棒，以後有機會還會選擇麒麟府酒店！ 不遠處有張載祠

忘記拍房間了，在中餐廳解決了中餐晚餐。 這次温泉酒店之行太棒啦！太白的温泉，先後記不清多少次了，以前經常去的是鳳凰，御龍灣也住過，這次體驗下麒麟府，真的很不錯！！！！ 前台小姐姐全程微笑服務，入住辦理速度很快，本還擔心是不是要等。 酒店設施很新，畢竟能夠有足夠多的池子，太白房間又寬敞的沒幾家，鳳凰太舊了，麒麟府很新，而且設施和池子充足。 晚上泡了室外和室內的温泉都不錯，還能汗蒸。 中餐廳性價比很高，我們這還甚至沒有出酒店就餐。 對於我來説，唯一的問題是我腰不好，床墊子軟……

房間乾淨整潔，親子房還有小孩帳篷。早餐豐富，也有寶雞特色小吃。裏面設施，環境都很不錯，很適合帶長者和小朋友來遊玩，有小朋友玩的遊樂場，書吧，健身區都nice，晚上打開窗户吹着小風，很不錯的一次旅遊，下次有機會還來

帶孩子來這家温泉酒店度假，體驗感直接拉滿！温泉區專門設定了淺水區和水上滑梯，孩子玩得不亦樂乎，家長也能安心放鬆。晚上還有親子故事會、星空電影，氛圍感超棒。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，周邊景色也很美。一次完美的親子之旅，性價比超高，必須給五星好評！

剛從酒店出來，五一雙床房1500。先説好的吧，設施新，衞生比較乾淨。下來説説問題：酒店主打親子温泉酒店，也就是説，目標人羣就是有孩子的家庭，然後，孩子無論多大，衹要1米2，就要加收80的温泉和40多的早餐費！這個身高要求對於親子酒店來説，太苛刻了！平日近一千，節假日1500，相對這個價位，酒店的設施配備也很一般，室內外可供孩子玩的衹有三個滑梯，最大的那個滑梯上，配了一個工作人員，像擺設一樣，第一個滑下去的孩子還沒有離開滑梯，就讓第二個滑下去了，導致兩個孩子撞在一起，非常危險！室內的滑梯離水太高，好幾個孩子滑下來，不是摔了屁股，就是撾了胳膊腿，一會會兒好幾個哭的。空調不是太好，包括樓道和電玩城，餐廳都比較熱！餐廳幾乎都是大圓桌，覺得像是在吃席一樣。早餐稀爛，炒菜味道一般，蝦也不怎麼新鮮，麪包甜品品質不是一點的差，冰激凌全是香精的味道，咖啡雖然是現磨咖啡，但是咖啡豆的品質口感都不好。給小朋友準備的棉花糖巧克力瀑布，也不知道是放了多久的！蒸的饅頭感覺也是那種不太好的，衹是能吸引小朋友的奶黃包。感覺能放心吃的衹有粥喝現煮的麪條，雞蛋和紅薯玉米！迷你吧是兩個小瓶的蒙牛酸奶，一瓶可樂，一瓶雪碧，送的小零食，我也沒讓孩子吃！對了，洗澡水忽冷忽熱…就這些吧，總體感覺這個設施和服務，588還差不多，性價比太低

服務非常周到，每個工作人員都很用心，特別是前台服務員，有需求就會立刻迴應解決。温泉水乾淨，種類豐富，泡的很舒服。玩的很開心，衞生做的很細節，總之一切都很好，下次還會再來。

房間寬敞明亮，免費贈送了水果和零食，電梯口還不限量提供礦泉水。房間裏自帶小冰箱，冰鎮可樂雪碧。 湯池每天兩次換水，非常乾淨。 房間帶的免費早餐，是我見過的種類最多的早餐，堪比很多酒店的自助午餐，物超所值。午餐和晚餐也是在酒店中餐廳解決，最愛的是哨子麪和涼皮。 酒店的服務人員熱情貼心，五星好評！
