We stayed at the Palau Pacific Resort for 11 nights. This was my 3rd time back. The stay was lovely . The property is wonderful and everybody who works here is so friendly and helpful. Lucy and her staff did everything to make us feel at home. Whether it is the front desk people, the restaurant staff or the pool boys, they are all wonderful and service oriented people. We had fresh flowers on our bed every morning after cleaning and everybody is smiling when you see them. Every morning we enjoyed sitting down for a great breakfast enjoying the ocean view. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The bath rooms could use some update - but giving that everything else is so wonderful, this is very minor. We will definitely come back. One of the nicest and relaxing places I have been too. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

The resort is exactly what we expected for a remote island 5 star resort. Some things were a bit dated but overall the resort and staff were first class. Our room was an Ocean View, well appointed with spa toiletries, thick bathsheet towels, robes and slippers. Fresh fruit was waiting for us in the room as well as complimentary water, Coke and beer along with coffee and tea. The bed was huge, two double beds pushed together. There was a large drying rack for wet clothes as well as a line in the shower. A small private patio was outside with a great view of the bay. The included breakfast buffet was generous, plentiful and delicious. If you could not find something to eat, you were the problem. We had several meals in the restaurant and they were all well prepared and tasty. Simple sandwiches and burgers were huge. All open air eating but no bugs. The bar was adjacent and always lively in the afternoon. The pool was deep blue, clean and clear and complimented the beach and bay for swimming. We used the Elisia spa for a tension release massage and the ladies from Bali did not disappoint. Others in our group also used the spa and raved about the service and trea**ents they received. Staff was eager to great you and ask if you needed anything as well as get to know you as a guest. Does it look like the modern 5 star hotels in the States, no. It is on a remote island that is very hard to get to and provides as classy of a resort as you can get in the middle of the South Pacific.

This place is incredible. Awesome scenery, breakfast buffet, dinner and comfortable rooms. If you want a true Pacific island experience, this is it. Stunning location and sunsets. The people at the hotel arranged our transportation to the airport, which was very nice since our flight left in the middle of the night.

This is the second time we've been to Palau. We stayed at Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) the first time and had such an amazing experience we knew we would stay with them again on this trip. Everyone at the resort is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the water bungalows and can't recommend them enough. You can walk down a ladder and snorkel right off your room. Just snorkeling we saw turtles, a baby blacktip reef shark, squid, and many different types of fish. The water bungalows are incredible! They are separate from the rest of the resort. They're a little slice of heaven!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. Room reservations were done online. It was easy and hassle free. They responded promptly to questions and requests. The hotel made arrangements for airport transfers. Our ocean front room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Room amenities were as can be expected-- bathrobes, slippers, complimentary tea/coffee, and bottled water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable. Our room had a balcony with a view of the beach and ocean. Breakfast was good. Typical hot and cold dishes as well as an egg station. Their buffet food quality was very good. Staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. We had several dinners at the main restaurant. They offer a wide variety of foods- good and delicious. The lobby is bright and airy with lots of seating areas. The beach is clean, and the ocean is suitable for water activities. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. The town where most restaurants are located is also a short drive from the hotel. It's nice that some restaurants in town offer shuttle pick up at the hotel. There is a boat dock where scuba dive and tour boats pick up guests. This is a great place to stay in Palau.

I loved this property. It is really the best place to stay. It wasn't busy when I was there, I had the place to myself. Everything about this place is the best. My room was very clean and the beds and pillows were great. The property is so large you can get your work out in discovering the property which has signs of WW 2 everywhere. The hotel has nice rooms in all the various locations. The beach is perfect, so beautiful and clean with it's own reef right in front. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the dinners had plenty of choices. The burger was excellent. The best part about this property is the staff, everyone so nice, friendly and helpful..THIS IS YOUR PLACE, take the plunge and enjoy every moment you are there

I have stayed at the Palau Pacific Hotel three times over the past fifteen years. It used to be an elegant, well maintained luxury hotel; but upon recently returning in October, 2023 I was very disappointed in how this formerly beautiful hotel look tired with many examples of deferred maintenance easily visible. Our lunch in the patio dining area was mediocre at best. From my past visits as a guest in this hotel, I recall that the food was of good quality. That was not happening in my recent visit and to make matters worse, the prices were out of site! Sad to say, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Stopped for lunch with my wife. The hotel is down on its heels with noticeable deferred maintenance. The dining room is very clean and the food is very unimaginative, ordinary and two to three times the prices of other restaurants in Koror. The service is very prompt and attentive. There are other opportunities.
