I had to select a date that I went, but my reservation was cancelled, I can't go! In May I booked through *******, 2 nights Oct 3-5. I chose " pay at resort". ******* GAVE THE RESORT MY CARD INFO, and immediately there was a FULL, 2 DAY CHARGE on my card from The Guild. Then they claimed bankruptcy! ******* sent an email stating that The Guild can't afford to refund me, I have called and chatted a dozen times. And ******* posted it as a zero deposit reservation in my reservation. pic #1 is the letter from ******* about cancelling me..#2 is what happens when you text or call *******. #3 Is ******* pretending that they didn't take a charge., and only shows 1 night when its 2, ...(they gave my info to The Guild who took 2 nights from my credit card, $384, I didn't post my card statement), #4 the most recent reviews. When I booked in May, everything was 5 star. B of American has been trying to get my money back but they have disconnected their #.
