ROOMS: not so big, but cozy and new. There are comfortable bed, safe, fridge, coffee machine and teapot in the room. Good size bathroom with a shower, shampoo/hair balm are provided. But giant negative point is awful soundproof, quality of your sleep unfortunately depends on your neighbors. LOCATION: very centric, 5min walking distance from the metro station. Hotel is located on 4th floor in the building, but don’t worry - it’s ok. FACILITIES: good wi-fi. STAFF: very friendly and smiley. We’ve come to the hotel in a midday, and we received our keys without and waiting time (despite that check-in time is usually at 3pm).

The room was not anything like the pictures. Inconvenient to get to and the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Much nicer rooms at the same price point in the area.

Although had trouble finding it at first. Receptionists were very good. Very helpful and knowledgeable. All good

Everything was quite good, I was really happy to stay there. Only thing to highlight, it's one day they forgot to clean the room, nevertheless I'm satisfied and I loved it. Excellent location too. Thank you :)

I had a wonderful stay at the Sospeso Boutique Hotel. The staff were excellent and provided clear, regular information and were very accommodating of my last minute stay. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was also in a great location.

So centraly located in San Babila, one stop with the M1 from the Duomo, or 5-7 min walk from there. . Its a small tiny Hotel. . Not realy hotel but a room, modern design. Location is amazing and safe
If you are looking of any hotel services you wont find it here.
But the staff is amazing..reception quick to check in and out. And they could hold your begs, recomnend restaurants.. and more...
very clean.. close with in minute walk from everything in the Center of Milan.

enjoy city center, for me last minute booking this place,.was perfect, as a world traveler.
This was enogh for my needs in the city,exploring all day.. going out at night.

Good location, fresh and modern furnishings of the room, polite and accommodating staff. However, upon check in our room was dirty, in particular hair left in the shower and all over the room. We asked the issue to be fixed and it was promptly solved. I recommend to better inspect the rooms before check-in other guests.
