We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.

Unique hotel located in Murano, but also because of this, location wise is not as good as if it is located in the main island of Venice. That said, if you wish to stay in Murano, will highly recommend this place! (Stayed in their Junior Suite with Lagoon View)

Hôtel magnifique, que ce soit la décoration, les chambres, le restaurant... tout est beau et propre! Le personnel est tres agréable et aux petits soins! Nous avions pris une suite familiale. Si nous repassons par Venise, nous séjournerons de nouveau dans cet hôtel magnifique! Cadre idyllique et typique.

I don’t have words that describe the excellent service and the Excellence of Francisca, Elizabetha, Matteo, and Sara with another colleague from the front desk (Colombian guy / sorry forgot his name) including the bellman doing Everything to gave us a memorable stay and Spectacular New Year’s Eve! Very Good Hotel

Very modern hotel and fun to stay at

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we requested a steamer because we needed to steam out our clothes before a photoshoot we were having. The first steamer didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on, so we requested another. The second one also did not work. So we requested an iron, and that did not work either. By this time we didnt even have enough time to address the issue because we needed to go to our photoshoot and our clothes were wrinkled for it.

I can not fault this place! Clean, tidy, beautiful location (it is a 20 minute walk to the 20 minute walk to the water bus to Venice which then is 20 minutes) but would not change anything, the MOST amazing thing was the staff, if they make feel as half special as me and my mum you'll love it! Things I'd recommend 3 day water bus pass €45 for 72 hours which even got us to Burano from the stop a 10 minute walk away, I'd also suggest even if just for your trip home the water bus for €8 and 30 minutes away from Musou stop (they start at 8:11am) or the ones from the main stop (sorry I can't remember it's name start at 4:20am) I was with my 76 year old mum and as active as she is, she's not as agile so the water taxi's were not that easy

Absolutely stunning modern hotel. The front desk staff were warm and inviting and so helpful in planning our stay. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and beautifully displayed.

We had lovely time here. Staff were very friendly and our room was very nice. It had all facilities we needed. I like the serenity of Murano while it is also very easy to get to the main island.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.
