During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.

It’s my first time in Naga and I looked for hotels that are decent and nice, and it seems Villa Caceres qualified by looking at the photos. To my surprise, this hotel which looks like a 4-star hotel didn’t satisfy me at all. I booked for Family Suite with double beds and we were 6 people, and they were asking for more payment for the extra 2 persons because I have my siblings too. But they want to charge different price for extra person and also different price for breakfast. Originally, the price for Family Suite is 7,290 pesos and so I have to pay extra per head and breakfast for 2 more people. One of the receptionists there advised me to choose a double decker bed instead for 6 pax, and so I did and she suggested I just pay for breakfast for all 6 people. Because this double decker package has NO BREAKFAST! So I paid 7,290 just for the beds! My goodness! Then she asked me to just pay for the breakfast for 6 pax. So in total that room for just ONE NIGHT cost 7,290 + 2,800+. Even more expensive than some 5 star hotels in Boracay! So we went to this 6 double decker room and I was so disappointed that we were placed to a very narrow and small room for us, so I decided to ask a different receptionist to let us move to a Family Suite instead, and to my surprise, she said they have an 8-double decker bed in the hotel which that 1st receptionist never suggested. We did move tho, and the room was just fine. Got a price of almost 10K, this room has NO slippers, NO boiler and coffee. Thanks to that one hotel attendant Bon who gave us free coffee and creamer, and also hot water. I am disappointed with this hotel. The price is not even worth it. Very poor amenity conditions, no complementary stuff other than 8 water bottles and small shampoos and conditioner. Oh, the breakfast was not even satisfying. Though, the only food I liked there was the beef steak and biko. The rest was poorly prepared. Bread was so cold, and aso eggs. The food is not tasty, just enough yo make you stuffed. Some staff are rude. My brothers and sisters were advised that they can’t use the shorts that they wore, which is not made of cotton. But apparently, the staff at the clothes shop said that is allowed. So that pero sim-in charge in the swimming pool reception was obviously lying and suggesting that they buy other clothes. I would rate this hotel from 1-10 as 2 or 3. All I can say about this hotel is a big FAILURE, and if only I can ask for a refund of some amount, I would appreciate it. That’s it! Eddy

Awesome service! Very helpful and polite staff. The buffet was good. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The shuttle is always on time and very courteous . I highly recommend it.
