I booked the standard room, room is moderate but have a bit of a moist smell… towel a bit worn out.. need to change to ensure better hygiene…

Floor was dirty. Lobby and lift lobby looks recently renovated. But the room's standard did not match the lobby standard. Room has smoke smell even though it was a non smoking floor

Front desk staff are so polite and helpful, I forgot to bring my handphone cable, she is so sweet to borrow me without asking when you return back ! So touching! This is my third time stay , just a walking distance to market and mall ! I will be back soon!

Not a first time to be in this hotel .every time when I stay in here that always feel like home. Staff here are friendly, polite and willing to help.

Everything was ok , the location, price and breakfast. My most disappointing is that I am told from counter staff they conduct yoga sessions on alternate days at the 3rd floor. When I reached on Tuesday afternoon August 2025 abt 6pm, I was totally pissed off with the lousy sound proof from yoga class. I am told it will ends at 7pm. Wednesday was ok BUT they start the lesson again on Thursday morning at 9.10am sharp. I left the hotel at 9.30am and I’m back at 11.30, everything was back to normal ( which a hotel should be)

This hotel is perfectly situated near a bustling market, shopping mall, massage outlets, and a food court, making it a convenient stay. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, while the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a delicious variety of local dishes. The hotel's in-house massage service is a great added perk. Plus, it's easily accessible by Grab and just a stone's throw away from the historic Tua Pek Kong Temple and Batam Grand Mall

Staff is polite and helpful, location is good.But if you can't make it noise please don't choose this hotel, every morning 4-5am mosque will start praying, the sound proof is bad. Find bed bugs at pillow and drill sound at morning time can't rest well at first day.

The location is excellent near to malls and spas plenty of food options nearby. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good. A lot of variety of food to choose from.

a simple room. walking distance to a small mart and the grand mall - good location. breakfast was good! staff were friendly. wifi and toilet waters (shower, bidet, tap, toilet bowl) were stable. there are 2 loose hooks - for the bidet, small hook.

It's near to Grand Batam shopping mall. Walking distance around 5 minutes. Nearby the hotel got shops selling food and massage centre too. The front office ladies staff are great, able to help us with information. Provided us extra 2 pillows and a later checkout time. The hotel room was nice, and clean. Hot shower and Aircon works as it should. TV got plenty of channels to watch if needed. Window view able to see Singapore MBS on a clear morning. The hotel breakfast buffet spread was good. Seems to change daily. The Aircon at the lobby and buffet restaurant a bit on the cold side. Maybe due to the raining weather on our visit.
