I recently stayed at Baagh Bheemtal Resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, navigating to the property was a nightmare as it's off the road and poorly illuminated, making it particularly daunting to find, especially at night. Upon arriving, I noticed that although they boasted about their new TVs, they were rendered useless due to the lack of internet connection and dish recharge. Despite multiple requests for assistance, the staff insisted the TVs were fine, blatantly ignoring the connectivity issues. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for the wifi details, they were withheld, hinting that the wifi might not even be functional. For a supposedly new property, the amenities were severely lacking, leaving guests with limited options and a feeling of dissatisfaction. To top it off, the light outside my room was also dysfunctional, further adding to the overall disappointment. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, their promises to address them went unfulfilled, leaving me utterly disillusioned with the resort's level of service and maintenance. In addition to the numerous operational shortcomings, I must express my dismay regarding the security measures—or lack thereof— at Baagh Bheemtal Resort. To my astonishment, upon checking in, I discovered that the locks on the doors were malfunctioning. The latch was non-functional, and even the ***ual lock from inside failed to provide any sense of security. This level of negligence in maintaining basic safety standards is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the property's purported five-star rating. It's deeply disappointing to find such blatant disregard for guest safety and comfort in what was meant to be a luxurious resort experience.
