Was a very nice stay thanks

Nice staff, good breakfast, nice restaurant and nice room. My room was noisy from stree noise but I had earplugs, so it was OK. It is a great location if you are arriving and leaving on the train. However, be aware that this is a gritty part of the city and is not for everyone.

Avoid this area for a first impression of Naples. It's dirty and unsafe. There isn't even a pedestrian crossing on the street the hotel is on. The room is tiny. The TV was broken. It's probably ok for a work visit, but as a vacation it's really not a nice stay

So I have to be fair. When I first checked in, I was not offered an upgrade. The manager reached out and corrected. I was given a quiet nice room on the third floor. He could’ve been nicer. There was a problem with my stay, and due to flight I had to extend an extra night and they graciously worked it out. they offered me the same price that I had originally paid on ******* so good job folks. The only reason I didn’t give you a five is because you didn’t have staff at the door restricting entrance to non guests.

Staff and room was amazing! Felt very welcomed and the hotel location is perfect for walking in any direction. Rooftop Restaurant & Bar was a perfect add on!

This hotel is centrally located, ideal for the train station and the bus to and from the airport, if you stay in any hotel around a station anywhere in the world common sense tells you that the area will not be the nicest. The hotel has clean tidy rooms, good showers lovely breakfast and restaurant. One small point is that most hotels nowadays have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, we did not in ours. We did buy one from the restaurant for an additional fee, as although the hotel supplies water we wanted a hot drink. A good hotel overall.

Our suite was beautiful and spacious. The staff, both front desk and in the restaurant were courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. We researched many properties in Naples before settling on this one and definitely made the right choice.

Modern and comfortable hotel, centrally located. The room was attractive and well - furnished and had a nice view of the plaza. The hotel’s restaurant was superb, both food and service. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near metro and train station. The staff is great and the rooms are spotless. The rooftop restaurant is pricy, but excellent. The only issue is that the heater is centralized and set to 23c-way too warm. We turned the heater off in our room it still did not cool the room enough

They gave us an upgrade to a larger room.

A nice hotel. It’s minutes walk away from the train station, so it’s to understand the noisy environment. I followed the suggestion to not going out after sunset.
