Upon plowing for sixteen hours straight , I booked this room and me and my girlfriend went there to check in. Upon arriving , the lady at the desk said the booking number was wrong that there started with an ar. I stated, why don't you refresh it?And I might take a little while she kept arguing saying that it doesn't look right. Told me to call and come back when I figured it out. And told me, I needed deposit $50.They would not take cash and had to be on a card.I offered to give my card most places.Put a hold on the card , not this place. After leaving going to the bank, transferring money coming back.She was still on the same level of tongue , same things. I\nHad tripped dot com on speakerphone , they\nHad her type, the confirmation in all of a sudden.Now my reservation mysteriously popped up. Still with attitude.I did not feel greeted.My girlfriend had her license on her.And we were able to check the room.Okay , but this place has a policy every single person that enters the building needs to submit identification. I did not have my namei simply had a picture of it.The other lady behind the counter very rudely.I might add said, oh no, you can't stay here.You can't even enter the building. I submitted a cancelation.Yeah , it still has not been approved a $101, and some change.I'll probably never see it again. Had to go to a different hotel which cost me about the same.So in the end , I paid for the price of two hotel rooms and did not get that room. I will never ever go there again for the rude uncomforting way that I was treated. As tired as I was\nI just wanted to go to sleep. I hope other people see this and realize how horribleplace it is. There was a guest in the lobby talking about how he was homeless and used 211 to get a free voucher. Him and his pinball. They were swearing on the phone and yelling because the voucher was for berlin not new britain. The place was disgusting. The parking lot had yet to be cleared the end of the day when the snow stopped at 5am. This was 8pm. My car got stuck trying to park. Not even leave. Beware of this place. I heard horrible stories.

Great place to stay. Love staying here can bring your furry friend for free nice staff and friendly people right downtown right across from the main bus station to everywhere.
