Hotel is located conveniently next to the river. We had received a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The room is fully equipped with basic cooking amenities. Just wish to give our special gratitude to the guy welcoming at the front desk, he has granted us everything we need and is super caring to guests. We'll definitely choose this hotel if we travel to this part of the country again.

There was no water bottle in the room, everytime we had to take our personal water bottles down to fill it from pantry. Any kind of housekeeping didn’t happened in my stay. I stayed more than 48 hours there. You had to your things by yourself

Great, stayed for work and would stay again

We're good stay. Hotel is super clean. They also provide free laundry room use. But laundry soaps u can purchase at the counter. Bfast was included....pretty good spread, but, same foods daily. Hotel is spotless, n allows pets.

One of our favourite hotels. Rooms are looking a little tired now however the service, breakfast and quality of the rooms are excellent. Always have a good night's sleep here!! Looking forward to our next stay

Very tidy and well equipped room, staffs are friendly, only disappointed that charges for parking were not mentioned until check out.

This was a fabulous stay All Staff are a credit to the hotel, with spacious rooms, cleanliness top notch, everything you could need and require in your room, so many items that you would not even realise you would need was in the room, I liked the fact had a small functioning kitchen with hob and dishwasher, a recliner sofa to watch TV from, even tissue on the coffee table, instructions for the appliciances, cleaning products and safe... When I say they have thought of Everything I meant it! It like home from home. The Rooms were comfortable, beds were a great size and so comfortable, very clean and fresh linens, big bathroom, good view from the floor we stayed on, breakfast was buffet style but well thought out and food fresh and hot, staff attendance was good ratio and they were attentive and very cheerful and helpful, also parking was a good price as well. I was also impressed with the fact of small details like a 24hr pantry shop which perfect for family guests, quieter seating/dining area for guests who don't have children, children area, radio on for a cheerful breakfast experience. Lots of little details and extras is what made our stay a good one, we will definitely use the hotel again, 1 million percent I'd recommend this hotel to others as well, keep doing what you do because your smashing it! And all at a good fair price as well!! A must try!

This is our second stay, whenever we are in Newcastle, we will stay here, too good.
