Amazing stay, the hotel is really nicely located. The staff is very friendly and frankly it is a good looking, new hotel. Very comfy, new to the tram and nice selection of food

It is a good hotel, it has a good location, regardless of the amusement park that is right next to the hotel, which It reduces the hotel score. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. The breakfast is relatively good, but there is no variety and it is the same every day. Even there is no change in cooking eggs and it is served in the same way every day, so it is a bit boring and repetitive for seven days in a row.. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Our room on the fourth floor was a bit old and not renovated and it smelled a bit damp. While our friends had the same renovated and more modern room with a small price difference on the sixth floor, and this is while I could not find the difference in the photos of the rooms or the description on the website when booking, so I booked the cheaper room. I did that was wrong. It would be better to explain the difference between the rooms ( classic and superior) on the website so that the customer does not make my mistake.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, nice beds. Location is good, the local area is being developed to have a tree lined walkway to the old town, when this is finished the location will be perfect. Location is close to tram lines into the old town. Good breakfast, well worth the money.

Hotel un po' datato ma tenuto bene, relativamente vicino al centro città ideale per chi si muove in auto, personale gentile e disponibile.

Location wasn’t in the heart of the city centre. Had to take a tram to promenade des anglais area. But tram was located just 2 mins walk from the hotel so that’s okay. Room was generally clean but the carpets seemed a little dirty. Great thing was the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and could speak English well!

Grande chambre mais très mal agencée. La TV (écran plat mais d’au moins une dizaine d’années) est placée sur un meuble tout à gauche de la pièce ce qui est très inconfortable pour la regarder. Salle de bains et mobilier défraîchis. J’ai apprécié la fontaine à eau à l’étage. Eau sanitaire insuffisante. L’absence de pression fait que la douche n’est pas agréable.

L'hébergement est relativement basique, les geles douches sont de mauvaises qualités, pas de crème ou autre à disposition des clients. Le petit déjeuner est super simpliste, vraiment décevant pour un hôte. Une auberge de jeunesse fait mieux Par contre, l'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel sait renseigner les clients

Les chambres sont vieillissantes, douches avec mobiliers défectueux ( siphon de douche cassé, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas ni celle de la douche...) Très bon personnel de petit déjeuner, agréable, serviable. Hotel bien placé.

Very good location, tram and bus stops just outside the hotel entrance. Personnel was nice and kind.

Well equipped, comfortable room Good breakfast, but pricey

Staff at Novotel was very good and very helpful. Room assigned to us at a cost of 200 dollars per night, had leak from bathroom ceiling and floor was all wet. Reception desk did assign a different room and we had to move our stuff. Bathroom too small. Not happy. Novotel in Warsaw was 10x better and less expensive.

怕早晨叫不到車，提前一天讓酒店訂車去機場， 酒店安排了一輛車。8公里要了55歐，也不提前告知，體驗特別差！
