The rooms are run down, dirty and have roaches!!! The worker's are rude and obnoxious!! Don't stay here it's sketchy and unsafe.

Roach Infested. Told me I could no longer stay due to my opinion about this place.

Hometowne studio and suites by red roof at 7049 jimmy Carter Blvd is amazing... great staff, comfy room, free wifi all a person would want out of their stay... most of all I felt safe I would definitely stay over and over again as much as needed.

1-The rudest, most unprofessional, and meanest ghetto people that I have ever seen being at ANY front desk in US: ANTI-SOCIAL & ALOOF 2-The hotel's hallways and staircases are laced with smelly dumpsters and stinky urine floors, and rotting garbage scattered everywhere. 3-The kids played around untill midnight! Yes...MIDNIGHT!!! in hallways, parking lots riding bikes and playing music with boombox. This place is like a city park playground: day or night!!! 4-Management seems to be powerless and absent when you call to complaint about the noisy and disturbing atmosphere. UNFIT TO RUN THIS PLACE!!! 5-To top it off, last night (Sat 14 oct), at 10:35pm, a black guy opened my room with his "card" while I was asleep. When I confronted him, he said that he works for the hotel. He had a list and his job was to check vacant room..... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!?!?!. The irony was the front knew that I will check out Sun 15 at 11am. I wonder, if I wasn't present,what would have happened to my stuff?!?! 6-AVOID THIS GHETTO STINKY "ROACHTEL" AT ALL COSTS. 7- I WANT MY MONEY BACK. BECAUSE AM STILL SLEEPY and DISAPPOINTED ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED. JUST RIDICULOUS.

Hotel was decent. A couple roaches but nothing ridiculous. Bathroom flooded every shower due to shower curtain being too short. Staff was great. I would stay again

I like the location. The staff conseula and Renee are very helpful and professional.. they make me feel welcomed when I stay at that location

Horrible stay at this hotel! We have never been in a hotel like this in my 70 years of life! The people in front desk (just a little place office) were rude. Have no sense of serving. The room was filthy. The next morning we woke up, the floor was filled with water leaking from the AC. The kids almost slipped. We complained right away (Saturday) but no response and Sunday nobody at the office! So called extended stay but no kitchen utensils, no napkins, no paper towels! Even after the manager came on Monday, it didn’t solve the dirty problem. One staff’s attitude was especially astounding. Just don’t know how she was kept to work there. Also wonder how this hotel got its accommodations permit with such a filthy environment!

Employees bad attitude, ac didnt work, she yell at me like it was my fault, tooms smell like cigarrette and pee, never coming back

What I love about this place is that the staff treats you like family with love and respect. Ms Renee is a prime example of how you're supposed to be treated in this world that's why she's one of the best . Here at the hotel we have many positive employees but only theses here are VIP. So come on down and bring great energy and family .
