Great location, the ambiance of Melbourne Street and North Adelaide are superb, really love it. The only fly in the ointment could be the size of the room and room service. The room is too small and there is barely extra space, besides there is no proactive room service like changing towel or bed linen daily.

Friend and I booked for NYE. Great customer service! Check in 2-11pm & Check out by 10am. Key access required to enter, room & electricity. Have a shared balcony space and some rooms also have balconies!

Was told that upon arrival i would only have to pay a $1 deposit hold on my card. Yet when checking in i was actually charged a $50 deposit. Which was apparently released back to me the same day i checked out. Its now the 7th day since i stayed there and i still havent received my $50 back. I know its only $50 but its annoying when your on a tight budget and you were told it was only going to be $1 charge ... not $50

房間號環境而各方面都挺滿意，但挺無語的，就是我到那邊跟我説網用不了要，房間的信號特別差 自己的網用不了信號太差 而且前台不在那個地方，你自己還要走路過去找另外一個地方才能看到 前台還要付一塊錢的按金 房卡一共兩張房卡一張是提供電 一張是出門要帶 最無語的地方就是網用不了 房間信號又特別差

I was assured on check-in that the tv works, I had read reviews, room 6 tv didn’t work, the green strips of paper on the Art wall was tacky, the cleaner and staff member couldn't fix tv not smart tv, they moved me to room 8, great Art wall, tv worked, the room was missing teabags also the desk set was missing so wasn't ready for guests. The king size bed was comfortable, location is great, Melbourne Street is vibrant and lively, walkable stroll to the City, Zoo or hop on a bus.

I was disappointed, to say the least. The check in process is at a different address, down the road from this property. The room itself was very small and outdated. The tv (which was over a decade old as there were no streaming or casting capabilities) was mounted right up against the ceiling, which made for very uncomfortable viewing. The bathroom was tiny and full of grime. The showerhead was so grimy and blocked up that water was coming down from only the very center of it, which made it feel like showering under a spout. The mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel (and hear) the springs. As for the "balcony", lets just say there is a reason there are no photos of this particular one on the website. It felt more like a prison yard, with no windows or openings of any kind, just solid full height walls. And a week later I still don't have my security deposit back.

Location is what we wanted, the accom is as suggested small - in fact the rooms are really small. They still have a desk, separate bathroom and tea and coffee in the cupboard. So it's good, but be aware of room size.

Receptionist Oliver has been always very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at majestic and it has always been a great experience especially with the assistance of Oliver. Will definitely come back.

Property is ideal for accessing the local area. Budget style, clean and appropriate for what we needed

Every time i have stayed the staff have been very accommodating and friendly. Its very affordable and comfortable

I thought the price was cheap,the staff where I picked the key up from didn't say anything about the parking,I also had to pay a $450 deposit which I thought was ridiculous!!

The air conditioner didn’t work properly and was very noisy and I had to turn it off. Also the television didn’t work. I couldn’t get a partial refund as I had booked through Wotif. Not happy.

I think that the shower heads need to be upgraded. I’ve stayed here a few times and the only thing that is an issue is the shower heads. They don’t spray properly and not enough water coverage
