Highly recommended budget hotel, where the staff are the ones who make it so. Friendly, helpful & approachable & definitely a credit to the company. Travelodges are basic that's a given & ive stayed here several times before but staff who take time & pride in their service make all the difference. Only point to raise would be a plug or usb socket near the bed but this is not the staffs issue, more for the company to consider.

The staff here are amazing, providing excellent service and always being super helpful. The accessible rooms (which I stayed in for most of my stay) are excellent, very spacious and well-maintained, feeling very clean, bright, and open. Also, don't overlook the food - definitely surpassed my expectations!

I found staff very obliging and friendly. Room and Bathroom, Towels Sheets all clean. Breakfast was OK. Close to the train station walked with luggage without any problem. It was value for money. Was able to access town Centre easily walking distance.

When I stay there for work, I found very professional and appropriate manners in staff. My TV in the room wasn’t working after check in, but receptionist was straight to check it and changed my room. And he apologised, gave me a complimentary drink from bar. It is like 4 star hotel service in budget hotel! I definitely will coming back to this hotel for this professionalism.

Brilliant stay , room was fantastic clean and tidy the bed was really comfortable the staff are professional , friendly and gave a warm welcome I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone

This was my second stay here, room 318 again. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom a little on the small side in comparison but good powerful shower. It’s quiet and 5 mins from the town centre. Breakfast had all the usual choices but great coffee and very tasty scrambled eggs. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Very disappointed in our recent stay. Bedding was stained, walls also stained. Radiator made a banging sound all night so kept us awake. No one was at the check in/out desk when we left so couldn’t complain. Definitely don’t recommend and will not book again

Room on the back v quiet, bed comfy and clean. Within easy reach of the city , about 8 minute walk to the shops etc. Parking close by. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Fabulous all you can eat breakfast 😋 Why go anywhere else?

Very pleasant stay, hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Ideal central location to explore the city, plenty of amenities close by bars and restaurants etc.... Will use again if visiting the area.

Couldn't fault this hotel at all, perfectly situated for a concert at the Waterfront and for the train home the following morning. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and a quiet, clean room. Highly recommended for this price , I didn't have the breakfast so I cannot comment on whether this was good or not but everything else was good.

Clean and quiet hotel located near the train station and a short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was a bit pricey considering the lack of choice and quality of the food. Adequate for a short stay in Norwich.

Stayed due to its locality to the train station, river and Epic Studios. Staff were super friendly and the room was good (comfy bed, tea & coffee and the shower room was clean and adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Well what can I say..stayed here for a night with a friend as we were attending a musical show at the the theatre. The hotel is in a extremely good central location to the city centre. Our original room had mould and cobwebs around the window seal(we only noticed this when opened thw window for some fresh air. We immediately mentioned this to the front of house staff (receptionist) who was only too happy to agree for us to have a free room upgrade and also offered us a free breakfast for the following day. We also had a meal at the restaurnt which we felt was very good value for money and also a good selection of itmes on the menu. The customer service we recieved was second to none (by one lone member of staff, didnt catch the mans name) nothing was too much trouble at all consideringhe was the only member of staff on shift so was obviously mutli-tasking. Our room upgrade was very clean, comfortable bed and the breakfast was of good quality and also a good variety. I must especially mention Laura who was very informative of the local area and very attentive. Will definitely visit again , well done.

You get what you pay for, the room was adequate for my needs although I felt the bathroom was on the small side. The cups were not clean and I would like to have glasses to drinks from in the room. Very basic.
