Quiet property with a series of lodges with a great common garden entry. Very creative space with full kitchen area. About a 15 minute walk from the ferry to the airport and town of Vaitape. xxxxxxxxx

We were very happy with this affordable waterfront apartment, located conveniently close to town and all services. It was a 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. There is no beach, but you can jump in right off the dock out front. We had an upstairs unit with a large deck overlooking the bay – really magical, especially at night. The apartment was spacious, bright, and airy, with the large living area opening up to the waterfront deck. The kitchen was basic but usable and the bedroom was comfortable with AC. The Wifi internet worked great. The interior ocean themed colors and décor were pleasant. There was a bike rental place just a couple 100m away so we rented bikes there for the duration of our stay – very useful for getting all around the island, and especially just down the road to the markets and restos. No, it’s not your traditional Bora Bora beach bungalow, but very nice, comfortable and economically priced, especially as the price of most accommodation in Bora Bora was out of our reach. Our hostess, Hinano, was very friendly and helpful, providing a free pick-up and drop-off from the ferry terminal. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. Loved it!

We stay 5 days, the flat was very nice, Moea and Gérard are very kind, teey take care of everything. Close to the house, a local super market opening very early in the morning with warm bread, and local marmelade for the breadfast. The flats are very nice and clean, and possibility to park a car. We leave very sad, Bora is a very beautifull Island, and a can say to have the pleasure to meet people as Moea and Gérard is even better. Sure next time we will travel in Franch Polynésia, we come again at this place. Gérard and Chantal, from Paris.

Perfect hospitality. I was in a cabin with a first line to the water. Large room with a pleasant balcony. The landlady helped me a lot and took me to the beach, and even to do my first tattoo. All with a big smile and a very nice atmosphere. highly recommend!

Le propriétaire ne pense qu'à faire du Business, c'est un métropolitain qui nuit à l'image des Polynésiens. Il a refusé de nous rembourser, même une partie, la nuit que nous n'avons pas pu effectuer chez lui à cause d'un vol vers Bora Bora annulé (problème de météo).

Lodge très mal placé à côté d’une station essence pour voitures et bateaux.Sur la terrasse vous avez des odeurs d’essence quand les bateaux remplissent le réservoir et aucune intimité car ils ont vu sur le bungalow Très sommaire, peu de matériel pour se préparer à manger.. Présence d’un conteneur dans le jardin pas terrible

Studio RDC donc au pied de la mer. Terrasse couverte avec table à manger, table salon. Grande cuisine équipée avec table à manger, grande chambre avec clim, grande SDB. L'ensemble est très propre, très coloré. C'est chaleureux. Compter 10mn de marche pour se rendre au "centre ville, magasin U à 5mn à pied, plage de Matira à 8km. A noter : studio au RDC choisit, à l'arrivée il était occupé donc direction l'étage en surclassement, mais j'avais choisit le studio les pieds dans l'eau. Parce les personnes partaient le lendemain j'ai pu récupérer ce studio, s'ils n'étaient pas partis....., donc être vigilant.

Quel dommage... Sur le papier, le logement semblait intéressant. Après un accueil très agréable de Hinano, l'employée, nous avons rapidement déchanté. Le logement est à côté de la station service pour les bateaux et, contrairement à ce que le nom laisse penser, pas orienté vers le soleil couchant. L'éclairage au néon éblouissant n'est pas agréable et la dotation du coin cuisine pour le moins minimaliste. Le plus difficile à admettre est le comportement de Gérard, le propriétaire. Nous nous sommes faits sèchement rabrouer lorsque nous avions bougé le mobilier de jardin, puis il n'a pas hésité à s'immiscer brutalement dans nos discussions sans se présenter. La cerise sur le gâteau est qu'il s'est permis de prélever le solde de notre réservation en se servant des coordonnées de la carte que nous avions utilisée pour payer l'acompte, sans nous en demander l'accord. Il était pourtant précisé dans sa confirmation que nous pourrions payer cash en arrivant. Lorsque nous lui avons dit notre désaccord sur la méthode, il nous a répondu de manière odieuse. Ce n'est pas l'expérience de Bora-Bora que nous souhaitions avoir.
