Ti-Tree Village

we stayed for 9 nights in early February 2024 in a 2 bedroom cabin. Although some of the fittings are a bit dated they were all clean & working so no complaints from us. The beds were comfprtable and had electric blankets on - not that we needed them in February, but later in the year I can see that as being an advantage. There was a log fire in the lounge and the air conditioning was efficient and kept the place cool. A nice outdoor seating area was welcome too. The whole "village" was quiet and a perfect place for relaxing. The walk to the beach was aobut 10 minutes at a gentle stroll. the beach has a patrolled area for swimming and some really nice gentle surf ideal for novice surfers. From Ocean Grove beach you can walk along the beach to Bowron Heads one way & port Arlingotn the other if you feel the need for a long walk. everywhere in the Bellarine is fairly close with great food, wineries, and lots of places to just rest & relax.

Quaint cottage which we like. Very quiet. Spacious. No restaurant anymore which is a shame as we enjoyed it last time we stayed.

Easy check in & check out - lovely accommodation. Maybe slightly overpriced but still a nice stay.

Firstly I would like to say that Tiffany was quite accommodating pleasant &friendly to deal with.. but unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the cottage it wasn’t that good with regard to cleanliness, especially the window handles they all had dry mould on them which wasn’t Acceptable.. and the facilities weren’t that great with regards to the kitchen and bathroom & toilet they could really do with an update and refurbishment.. and unfortunately we didn’t think it was really worth the price we paid. The only thing we really enjoyed though was the fireplace.

We love coming to Ti-Tree Village, warm cozy cabin with everything you need inside - and so close to the beach. One of our favorite holiday spots and will continue to be :)

We loved the cottages. Weather not so much but there's nothing that could be done about that!! Tiffany is an absolute gem to deal with. Will definitely be going back.

This property is like a home away from home. So peaceful and relaxing. It’s has everything you need. And you can even hear the waves of the ocean with the beach not far away. Loved the history of the property and it makes you feel a part of that history. We will become regulars. Games room is also great idea and great for families with kids. It’s a must.

Our stay was very good. The cabin was very well organised, clean and very cosy. It has both aircon and fireplace, kitchen had everything you could possibly think of including a Smeg coffee machine. The bathroom has a nice spa bath. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The receptionist/owner was also very friendly and helpful. Will be back!
