Forenom Serviced Apartments Oslo Opera

Great location half way between Aker Brygge/the Fortress and the Opera House. Apar**ent size is good and in suite laundry is a great amenity. Needed more towels.

Location is great. Apt itself is not very comfortable. Things dont work. Report to customer service is an exercise in futility. TV was not working. I was told somoene will come over and take care of it. Never happened.

The location of this apar**ent is great. There are few restaurants close by, but you are in the middle of everything in under a 10 minute walk. The apar**ent was clean and had a good sized kitchen with everything you could need for a short stay. However, there were a few quirks. There was no door for the bedroom i.e. it was open to the main living space. The apar**ent was hot so you had to open the windows go get some fresh air. The problem with that is the apar**ent overlooked a courtyard and was REALLY close to the neighbours, so if you can hear and see everything that goes on in the neighbours units. So if you wanted privacy you needed to close the drapes, thus cut off the airflow from the open windows. They provided a washing machine which was awesome, but no dryer or anywhere to hang wet cloths so this had limited use for us. Would I stay here again, I'm really not sure it would depend on if I could get a different unit.
