Ottawa Embassy Hotel & Suites

This hotel's location is really good but other than that it is meh. Also they are pet friendly. The water coming out of the faucet is so hot it's actually scalding so it's quite dangerous. Not enough outlets in the hotel room.

Very bad experience to stay at this hotel and this hotel show the fake photo on Trip.com and their official website.I booked the Deluxe King Room and it show the new style shower room on Trip.com and their official website. The is the main reason that I booked this hotel because I am really afraid the old style bathtub. But When I entered the Deluxe King Room, there was a very old style bathtub with the dirty bath curtain inside the room. So I left the room immediately and went to Front Desk and requested to change a new Deluxe King Room with the shower room instead of bathtub which is just like the website show to me. However, the receptionist stated that all the Deluxe King Room with the bathtub only, If I need the new shower room like the website show, I need to pay more to upgrade my room to suite room. It’s so so so so so ridiculous, why the hotel cheated the consumer, but the consumer need to paid for the hotel’s lie. Because I really don’t like to old style bathtub and it’s very late when I checked in the hotel, so I can only paid more room rate to upgrade my room. After checked out, I have raised my complaint to Trip.com, but the hotel still did not consider they are wrong. I hope my words can help all the consumer know this is a very ugly hotel and will not be cheat by this hotel again!!!

We travel with family, and the rooms are big enough for 4 people. Coffee is good taste. Quiet location.

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.

Big hotel rooms

The hotel is clean and renovated. I like melas and a location is amazing! Highly recommended

La suite n’est pas une vraie suite, car il y a qu’une pièce, pas de cuisine comme la photo qui montre. L’ascenseur est très très lent, chaque fois on a eu des queues pour l’ascenseur. Salle de douche est petite, pas de crochet pour mettre les habits. Gel de douche, shampooing,après shampooing sont des même gel dans les différentes bouteilles… erreur ou express ,on ne sait pas.
