It’s important to understand that this property is under renovation and doesn’t have a lot of staff on hand. As of right now, there is no office. To check in, they send you a text message the day of your stay telling you to go to a specific room to check in. This wasn’t a bad process, I waited for a few minutes until the supervisor checked me in and gave me the key. He was super nice upon meeting. The room was spacious and clean, full kitchenette, wifi. I had everything I needed and enjoyed my stay. That said, checking out was somewhat stressful and disappointing. I wasn’t sure where to turn in the key and needed a receipt to submit this trip as a business expense, which I explained via text to the supervisor. I sent three text messages and got left on read. I would have appreciated a response, even if it had been hours after the fact. I also never got that receipt, not even through email. I did truly enjoy my stay here so the lack of communication when I needed assistance surprised me.
