Обстановка в номере Я считаю, что классический номер уютнее и лучше, чем номер Делюкс. Не пользуйтесь кондиционером отеля, вы почувствуете странный запах. Надеюсь, отель сможет это улучшить. Спасибо

Номера очень маленькие, будьте осторожны!!! Если вы берете с собой большой багаж и сумки, будьте осторожны: вы не сможете разместить их удобно, не оставив места для ходьбы. Туалет очень маленький, и вода брызгает повсюду. Сиденье для унитаза неудобное, потому что мои ноги ударялись по бокам. Кроме того, все остальное было в порядке. Комната современная и чистая. Хотя устройство считывания карт лифта очень хрупкое, иногда оно работает, а в большинстве случаев нет, вам просто нужно вытаскивать его медленно. Если вы путешествуете в одиночку, это подойдет, но если вы пара, это может быть немного скучно. Расположение действительно хорошее, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Лафайета и района Елисейских полей.

What a gem in a wonderful creative village atmosphere just a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysee, lovely restaurants and my office. I couldn't believe my luck. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a simple Parisian comfortable way. My room was lovely, light and cosy, and as a solo traveller I felt safe and at home. I loved the handwritten welcome and leaving note, such a lovely touch. Great tea station as well. Avalon and Louise at the hotel were super helpful, friendly and professional. They really me orientate and gave me some great tips on local eateries like Morny just a couple of doors down. They also looked after my luggage and were kind enough to order me a taxi back to Gare de Nord. Thank you both so much for making my work stay so special. The lovely night porter was super helpful and friendly too. I can't wait to come back again for a longer stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Louisa

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Location is fantastic! The rooms are small but the space is utilized in the best way. Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel - extremely helpful and polite!The hotel itself and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to come back to Paris!

the location is great rooms are very clean the quality of all products is very good the staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is really 2 min walk from champs Elyseè street the hotel is very quite i recommend it for anyone wants to book a great place with good quality. I stayed in hotel Monna Lisa only one night, but it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a relatively small hotel and my room was not big, but every inch of it was utilised and the result was an efficient, warm, welcoming and original interior. The location was also excellent, close to the underground and the Champs Élysées. There were three free drinks in the minibar and a welcome card when I arrived (with chocolates!) and a goodbye card when I left. I will definitely book a room here again if I visit Paris in the future.

Loved this hotel. Was travelling alone so wanted to be central. Location perfect, facilities perfect, customer service perfect. Room was well appointed with high end quality fittings and immaculately clean.

The Monna Lisa is a very well designed hotel that is a serene and well positioned boutique hotel in Paris. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are very good and excellent value. The only downside are the pillows, which are almost bizarrely bad. I will unhesitatingly stay again...but ask for different pillows
