The room was big and bed very comfy. Rooms not very soundproofed though. However, the restaurant served yummy food. My kids loved the pizza! The pool is huuuge and lovely. The resort also have a second hand market when we were there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

У нас был номер с видом на воду, что было просто чудесно. Кровать очень удобная, но ванная комната очень маленькая по сравнению с другими отелями Hilton, где мы останавливались. Номер был не из дешевых – 389 долларов за ночь, но завтрак был включен. Мы никогда не включаем завтрак, так как не являемся большими любителями завтраков, и эти шведские столы по 30-40 долларов на человека для нас не стоили того. Поскольку завтрак был включен, мы немного поели, но к нашему разочарованию оказалось, что кофе Barrister стоит отдельно – 7 долларов за маленькую чашку. Это был единственный вариант безмолочного кофе. При этом персонал на стойке регистрации был очень дружелюбным и услужливым. В номере не было ни воды, ни даже кувшина, чтобы охладить чайную ложку. Хороший большой телевизор с плоским экраном, и хотя на нем не было потоковых сервисов, несколько бесплатных фильмов были бесплатными. В номере нет USB-разъемов и только одно удобное кресло.

Generally, the hotel serve as a good location for day trips to out of Darwin. There are public parking lots outside the hotel which are free, as there are limited lots within the hotel's open air parking compound except the underground. There are limited amenities except a small pool. The room are very basic but the balcony added a good atmosphere for dining with a view.

Stayed overnight on a Friday at H on Mitchell Street in Darwin, CBD and had a really good experience overall. Check in and check out were both quick and hassle free, which made things easy after a long day. The room was clean, well presented, and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well in the Darwin heat. The TV (Foxtel) was a nice bonus to relax with in the evening. We also had dinner and drinks at the Lizard restaurant, which was a highlight, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal. Parking is available on site (paid), which is convenient for those driving into the city. Close to Parap for the Saturday morning Laksa from the Markets. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay right in the CBD. Would happily stay again.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

The rooms were not in the best of shape. The spa did not work, the air conditioner was not in good working order which is needed in Darwin due to the heat, but the general cleanliness was good. The place seemed it was going to be renovated one day, but not sure. One pool was green. The overall experience was ok, but if I had had to stay for more than a weekend it would have been better at another place. It did the job of providing a bed to sleep, but best to be away from the resort during the day, which we did. 

При первой регистрации администратор подтвердил, что мы оплатили через Trip.com, но после внесения залога сразу же заявил, что платеж не поступал, и попросил предъявить документы, подтверждающие оплату, такие как подтверждение Trip.com, банковский перевод и даже выписку с банковского счета. Мы предъявили подтверждение, банковский перевод и выписки, как он и просил, но администратор отказался и настаивал на том, что мы не платили. Он отказался предоставить все документы и потребовал повторной оплаты. Он отказал нам в общении с руководителем, сказав, что «они скажут то же самое». К сожалению, мы не запомнили его имени, поэтому не смогли определить, кто он. Ужасное обслуживание.
